Hi, I use to be into competitive pokemon last summer and I had a team built, Iv bred all 6, ev trained all, and got them to level 100. Well, after a long year of school and work I had to give up pokemon so I could focus on my studies and now I am back, and the team I built is out dated. Two of the pokemon are banned (greninja and aegislash) and my spore/sub breloom just doesnt hold up in pokemon showdown. I just finished playing through Alpha Saphire and I am hoping to make a team. Here is what I have so far through play testing on showdown:
Volcarona (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 136 HP / 252 SpA / 120 Spe
Modest Nature
- Giga Drain
- Fiery Dance
- Quiver Dance
- Bug Buzz

Gallade @ Galladite
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Zen Headbutt

Raikou @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 32 HP / 252 SpA / 224 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Shadow Ball

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 Spe
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Acrobatics
- Earthquake

Azumarill @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Waterfall
- Aqua Jet
- Superpower

Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Giga Drain
- Dazzling Gleam

If anyone has any suggestions It would help me a ton! I feel like something is missing and I just cant figure it out

A couple things:

- Greninja and Aegislash are not banned on-cart and you can use them in Showdown if you play formats built to model on-cart play such as Battle Spot Singles and Battle Spot Doubles.

- I'm guessing by your spreads and choice of moves and items that this team is for Singles. I'd recommend putting Taunt, Will-O-Wisp or Focus Blast on Gengar in place of Giga Drain.

- Don't really see the purpose of Acrobatics on Gliscor, since it won't get the boost from the item you've given to it. I'd swap it out for Knock Off or Roost.

Otherwise everything looks pretty standard. What is your answer to opposing Gengar? You might consider putting Knock Off on Gallade instead of Ice Punch since your team isn't particularly vulnerable to Dragons.
The Prism League is opening for its second season and looking for new members! 6v6 Multiformat battles on cartridge are the name of the game. We implore you to join if you enjoy competitive battling in any format.

Gliscor is better off as specially defensive nowadays. Even though its Special Defense is normally bad, this makes it better against things like Therian Tornadus and non-Hex Gengar. Gliscor is also seen as a stall breaker, meaning it has no room to fit in Stealth Rock Otherwise, Therian Landorus is the better alternative, as it has Intimidate to weaken physical attackers, while having the freedom to run Stealth Rock:

Gliscor:
-Swords Dance
-Earthquake
-Knock Off/Facade
-Roost
Nature: Careful
EVs: 244 HP/8 Def/200 SDef/56 Spe
Item: Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal

or
-Earthquake/Knock Off
-Taunt
-Toxic
-Roost
Nature: Careful
EVs: 244 HP/8 Def/200 SDef/56 Spe
Item: Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal

Therian Landorus:
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge/Rock Slide/Knock Off
-U-turn
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/240 Def/8 SDef/8 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet

or
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge/Knock Off
-U-turn/Explosion
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 72 HP/252 Atk/184 Spe
Item: Soft Sand/Earth Plate/Focus Sash

Bisharp makes an excellent teammate to Mega Gallade because both beat on each other's counters. Bisharp handles Ghost, Fairy, and Psychic Pokemon, while Gallade handles Fighting Pokemon:
-Sucker Punch
-Knock Off
-Iron Head
-Swords Dance/Pursuit
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe or 252 Atk/52 SDef/204 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Black Glasses/Dread Plate/Lum Berry
Ability: Defiant

or
-Sucker Punch
-Knock Off
-Iron Head
-Pursuit
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 192 HP/220 Atk/96 Spe
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Defiant
