So this is my first competitive team that I am building. If you could rate my team out and explain why that would be greatly appreciated. :)

Out of the first three Pokemon listed here, I can only choose 2 of them. So if you can help me decide which 2 to keep, that would be awesome.

Greninja @ Focus Sash
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Toxic Spikes
- Spikes
- Taunt
- Shadow Sneak

This guy here could be defogger or rapid spin bait; or be good for stopping set-up Pokemon. With Toxic Spikes or Spikes, he can lure out their hazard remover and punish it before my real entry hazard homes in.

OR

Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
- Toxic/ Thunder Wave
- Soft-Boiled
- Seismic Toss
- Heal Bell/ Wish

The Cleric. I’m not quite sure whether to use Toxic or Thunderwave. They are both great for crippling Sweepers, however, I may go with Thunderwave because it lowers the enemy’s Speed. Now Chansey can heal herself of both Health and Status conditions, but I’m trying to decide whether to Heal my team of Health OR Status conditions? Heal Bell could potentially work well if my Sweeper gets paralyzed, but Wish could be a good tactic for my Sweeper to do as much damage as possible, return, then switch out into Wish.

OR

Snorlax @ Assault Vest
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Return
- Pursuit/ Crunch
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch/ Crunch

This fatty is a pure Tank with no healing capabilities. With a potential Chansey, he could be cured of either status problems or receive Wish, since he has no way to recover any health. I’m thinking of using Pursuit for Move 2, just in case they have a Ghost or Hit-and-Run Pokemon. That way I can at least deal some damage before they switch out. Move 4 I believe I will go with Fire Punch, because of its multiple strengths, and its ability to cause a burn.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Protect/ Thunderwave
- Power Whip

My little Hazard setter. With Iron Barbs, Stealth Rock, and Leech Seed, he can deal plenty of chip damage. Top that with the ability to recover health from Leftovers and Leech seed, plus a free recovery turn with Protect, or a potential recovery turn with Thunder Wave, and you have a decent staller. Now I gave him 5/6 Max IVs (no Sp. Attack.) so he could be fast as possible, without any Speed EVs. I don’t plan on ever having him learn Gyroball.

Dragonite @ Choice Band
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Outrage
- Extreme Speed
- Fire Punch
- Earthquake

This lady will make for an excellent mid-late game Cleaner after all the residual and physical damage is dealt to the team. With a Choice band, Extreme Speed can be probably the most reliable option available. However, Dragon Rage can be used as an extremely effective STAM move.

Gyarados @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Substitute/ Taunt

This is my Sweeper. Gyarados by himself is a lethal force to be reckoned with, as he is still resistant to Bug and Fighting Pokemon. After a setup of 1 Dragon Dance, he can use an extremely reliable STAB Waterfall. With a potential healer, he can deal massive damage, switch out, be healed of status or health, then come back in to even Mega Evolve. I just don’t know which would be better: Substitute to try and hit them and keep going, or Taunt to try and prevent any setting up.

Ditto @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Imposter
EVs: 252 HP / Not Important
Not Important
- Transform

The Jack-of-All-Trades. This blob can Sweep Sweepers, particularly effective against, say, Salamance or Garchomp, it can Defog or Rapid Spin, say if the opponent has one of those guys out, after they set up hazards, or hey, it can just throw them off by matching what they have and then out speeding it. And no, I’m not particularly concerned about the one in a million chance of having a Ditto vs. Ditto Struggle face off, so I won’t EV train itin Defense, worry about Defense IV’s, or worry about its Nature.

Greninja is banned to Ubers, and your set for it was made specifically for that environment. When Greninja was in OU, an all-out offensive set was the way to go, but as I already mentioned, it's an Uber now. Don't use Chansey either, as it's very passive and tends to be dead weight on an offensive team like this.

Instead, you should use Scolipede as your hazard lead, as it has Speed Boost to make itself faster, as well as Endeavor to cripple targets if its Focus Sash is used up:
-Spikes
-Toxic Spikes
-Megahorn/Pin Missile
-Endeavor
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost

Also, use Snorlax.

Mega Gyarados gained Crunch in OR/AS as a reliable Dark STAB. It should use it, as your current set is walled by Grass Pokemon:
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall/Earthquake
-Crunch
-Earthquake/Ice Fang/Substitute
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate

I only listed Greninja as an option because of the fact that apparantly Smogon is retesting some Pokes in Uber that may be moved to OU and Greninja is one of them lol.

I never thought of using Scolipede. I haven't trained on of those since I had White version so I actually really like that idea. I'll use him with Megahorn. And I see what you mean about Gyarados. I'll have him know Dragon Dance, Waterfall, Crunch, and Ice Fang. That way I can still deal with grass types.

Thank you for the feedback! I really appreciate it! :)

A 2x supereffective Ice Fang barely outdamages a neutral STAB Crunch. Look here:

252 Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Crunch vs. 252 HP / 136+ Def Amoonguss: 153-180 (35.4 - 41.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Black Sludge recovery

252 Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Ice Fang vs. 252 HP / 136+ Def Amoonguss: 166-196 (38.4 - 45.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Black Sludge recovery

Ice Fang's main use is to hit Garchomp, Landorus, and Gliscor harder. Crunch is still fine vs. Grass Pokemon (except for Breloom, which Ice Fang hits).

And if you intend to use Greninja, here's a better take on it. This is the set it used before it got banned. Gunk Shot made it difficult for Fairies to deal with:
-Hydro Pump/Low Kick
-Ice Beam
-Gunk Shot
-Dark Pulse/Hidden Power (Fire)/Grass Knot
Nature: Naive
EVs: 40 Atk/216 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Protean

Ah okay yeah I see your point for Ice Fang. I'll definitely keep that in mind.
So my team that I have will most likely consist of:
Scolipede
Ferrothorn
Snorlax
Dragonite
Gyarados
Ditto

I think with the above sets listed, they should work together fairly well. :P

I just realized that Dragonite needs Rapid Spin/Defog support, as Multiscale will be broken if it switches into Stealth Rock. That, and it's weak to said hazard too. [email protected] can provide Defog support for you:

Latias:
-Draco Meteor
-Psyshock/Hidden Power (Fire)
-Defog
-Healing Wish/Roost
Nature: Timid
EVs: 72 HP/184 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Latios:
-Draco Meteor
-Psyshock
-Hidden Power (Fire)/Earthquake/Roost
-Defog
Nature: Timid/Hasty
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
