Air Slash doesn't stack with King's Rock on Togekiss. If you want a paraflinching Togekiss, here's a more effective way to do it. Nasty Plot makes Togekiss' Air Slashes hit harder, while Roost provides Togekiss with recovery, as your current set lacks that:
-Nasty Plot
-Air Slash
-Thunder Wave
-Roost
Nature: Timid
EVs: 248 HP/76 Def/8 SDef/176 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace

Here are better take on Gliscor. It's better off defensive to take advantage of its good bulk. Gliscor is also an excellent stall breaker with any of these two sets; the first focuses on overwhelming passive walls, while the second prevents them from setting up and/or recovering. X-Scissor doesn't let Gliscor do anything notable. For both sets, the EV spread lets Gliscor outspeed Adamant Bisharp and Breloom and allow it to take a Swords Dance + Life Orb-boosted Sucker Punch from Bisharp from full health:
-Swords Dance
-Earthquake
-Knock Off/Facade
-Roost
Nature: Careful
EVs: 244 HP/8 Def/200 SDef/56 Spe
Item: Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal

or
-Earthquake/Knock Off
-Taunt
-Toxic
-Roost
Nature: Careful
EVs: 244 HP/8 Def/200 SDef/56 Spe
Item: Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal

You do realize that Mega Gallade has very good Speed, right? Putting the other half of its EVs into its bulk is a waste of said Speed. Leaf Blade also doesn't let Gallade hit anything noteworthy besides the uncommon Seismitoad and Gastrodon (both of which are hit hard by Close Combat anyway). Sure, you can hit Mega Slowbro harder with Leaf Blade too, but it's better left to other teammates:
-Swords Dance
-Zen Headbutt (the superior option over Psycho Cut; the extra power helps)
-Close Combat/Drain Punch
-Knock Off/Ice Punch/Shadow Sneak
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Galladite

Here's one of the reasons why Zen Headbutt is preferred over Psycho Cut. The former's accuracy is still acceptable:

252 Atk Mega Gallade Zen Headbutt vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Keldeo: 342-404 (105.8 - 125%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Mega Gallade Psycho Cut vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Keldeo: 300-354 (92.8 - 109.5%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO

Guaranteeing the OHKO on Keldeo is important, IMO.

252 Atk Mega Gallade Psycho Cut vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Conkeldurr: 288-338 (82 - 96.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 Atk Mega Gallade Zen Headbutt vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Conkeldurr: 326-386 (92.8 - 109.9%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO

Having a chance to KO Conkeldurr is better than missing out on the KO entirely.

Let's face it, Froslass sucks. Sure, it's fast, but it has middling power. Hail is also difficult to maintain, given the presence of Tyranitar, Hippowdon, Charizard Y, and to a lesser extent, Politoed. I'd replace it with Bisharp, as it's an excellent teammate to Gallade by covering its weaknesses:
-Sucker Punch
-Iron Head
-Knock Off
-Swords Dance/Pursuit
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe or 252 Atk/52 SDef/204 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry/Black Glasses/Dread Plate
Ability: Defiant

or
-Sucker Punch
-Iron Head
-Knock Off
-Pursuit
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 192 HP/220 Atk/96 Spe
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Defiant

Why are you even using physical attacks on Magnezone? Its Attack is significantly lower than its Special Attack. This team needs Stealth Rock/Spikes support, so it's better to replace Magnezone with Ferrothorn or Skarmory:

Ferrothorn:
-Stealth Rock/Spikes
-Leech Seed
-Power Whip/Protect
-Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs

Skarmory:
-Spikes/Stealth Rock/Defog
-Whirlwind
-Brave Bird/Counter
-Roost
Nature: Impish/Bold
EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy

or
-Iron Head
-Spikes
-Whirlwind/Taunt
-Roost
Nature: Careful
EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy

Your Mega slot is already taken up by Gallade, so Altaria is out of the equation. Hazard removal support in any of the Latis or Starmie are a big help over Altaria:

Latias:
-Draco Meteor
-Psyshock/Hidden Power (Fire)
-Defog
-Healing Wish
Nature: Timid
EVs: 72 HP/184 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Latios:
-Draco Meteor
-Psyshock
-Hidden Power (Fire)/Earthquake/Defog
-Roost/Defog
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Starmie:
-Hydro Pump
-Psyshock/Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam/Hidden Power (Fire)
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure/Analytic

or
-Scald
-Psyshock/Reflect Type
-Rapid Spin
-Recover
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
