I do realize Sticky Web is not a very good strategy to use but oh well. Also, if you use LO Chomp, you can use this team not only in OU, but also in OU (no mega).

DON'T PSYDUCKLE (Shuckle) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 64 Def / 192 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Encore
- Sticky Web
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic

Spoiler:

Shuckle is a very bulky Web setter. Toxic is Shuckle's means of doing damage. This is the standard shuckle set, lol

Serperior (F) @ Miracle Seed
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Dragon Pulse
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Giga Drain

Spoiler:

It punishes defoggers such as Mew (Bisharp fears WoW) and can try to sweep balance teams. It's ridiculously hard to outspeed it at +1. This Serpy uses a Miracle Seed over LO b/c it really hates taking LO recoil. Dragon Pulse is for [email protected], HP Fire removes Ferrothorn and Scizor while Giga Drain can replenish HP in some nasty situations.

Hoopa-Unbound @ Life Orb
Ability: Magician
EVs: 192 Atk / 64 SpA / 252 Spe
Lonely Nature
- Hyperspace Fury
- Focus Blast
- Gunk Shot
- Substitute

Spoiler:

Hurr durr. Hoopa-U is ridiculously strong, boasting a massive 160 attack and gr8 coverage. It outspeeds Weavile at -1, so yeah. Focus Blast defeats Tyranitar and Heatran while Gunk Shot takes care of fairy-types. Hoopa-U is a much better user of Substitute than Serperior as I found out by experience, as it provides much greater immediate power.
This is also the main reason why this team does not feature any megas, bar MegaChomp if I feel like it. I would have probably used Mega Gardevoir here, but I do need Hoopa-U's extreme mixed capabilities.

Garchomp (M) @ Life Orb / Garchompite
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Fire Blast

Spoiler:
ChainChomp is ridiculously underrated in this meta, everyone spams tankchomp like there's no tomorrow. Draco Meteor provides a good amount of power, Fire Blast eliminates Ferrothorn and Skarm, and Stone Edge is for Togekiss and Talonflame. Mega Garchomp provides additional bulk, but sometimes I found Chomp's speed to be better if the opponent manages to remove webs.

Azumarill @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 168 HP / 252 Atk / 88 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Aqua Jet
- Waterfall
- Superpower

Spoiler:
Azumarill has many resistances, and its CB set packs insane power. Aqua Jet is strong enough to KO most weakened Pokemon, and unlike Bisharp, it isn't forced to play mindgames. Superpower can defeat Ferrothorn.

Bisharp (M) @ Black Glasses
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 52 SpD / 204 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off
- Iron Head

Spoiler:
Probably the second most important member of the team, if it comes into a defog it can threaten the opponent with a sweep. It can also boost with SD on its own. 50/50s are awful though.

Instead of using Shuckle you might consider Galvantula. Shuckle is offensively pretty useless, and is only usable if you want to keep enduring hits (if you used Toxic on your opponent or burned him and he has no status effect healers or related stuff). Galvantula isn't considered as someone who should just use the Sticky Web, he can also be used for attacking...

Galvantula @ Life Orb
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP

- Bug Buzz
- Sticky Web
- Thunder
- Thunder Wave

Nah, I don't like Galvantula. Failing to outspeed [email protected] and not being THAT powerful sucks, but most of all, it can't survive long enough in battle against defoggers/rapid spinners due to its lack of bulk

i don't get the shuckle set at all. not sure why it's intentionally slow, but chestorest definitely isn't accomplishing anything. webs + rocks + encore are the only things you really need, the last slot can be a filler like knock or infestation or toxic or whatever. mental herb can let you bypass taunt. you don't want to run stealth rock on one of your sweepers when they want to be capitalizing on free turns and not setting up hazards. sub isn't doing anything for serp, run glare or giga drain.

as for the team overall, it's disappointingly weak to pretty much everything that naturally checks sticky web. stuff like bisharp, sd exca in sand (balloon can bypass webs as well), np thundurus, boosting landorus-t, sd or bu+wisp talon, etc...are just terrible match-ups. a few outright 6-0 if they can squeeze in set-up opportunities (like talon on serp, for example). while sticky web is indeed a pretty iffy style, i would at least try to beat some of these mons lol. i would look to replace the gengar as it is accomplishing very little here and try to make the team a little more defensively sound.

edit: a mega would be a fantastic choice since it's pretty much a waste not to run one. if not in the gar slot then you might as well run megachomp given that the speed drop is mitigated by webs.

I run ChestoRest + Gar to eventually win matchups vs opposing Exca and Starmie (with help from Bisharp in the case of the latter).

Yeah in practice Gengar seems the most replaceable member of the team, but it has helped against bulky Exca sets. And Starmie usually anti-leads my own Shuckle, and I have nothing to outspeed it with (bar Bisharp w/ sucker punch lol). ScarfGar could outspeed Starmie but it's just muk otherwise.

Tbh I'd rather keep MegaChomp, but really I don't know what to replace Gengar with. There's Gourgeist-XL but that thing is a momentum killer, Cohag is too freaking slow, and uhhh that's about it. The point is that Starmie is ridiculously annoying to this team, since Hoopa-U has no reliable recovery, neither does Bisharp, and Serp is still slower.

i don't get how starmie is annoying. what is it spinning against that doesn't immediately ohko it? if it anti-leads, you can encore its scald and go to serperior or just anticipate the anti-lead.

as for exca, it bulky set isn't enough of a metagame presence to run a gar for, especially when the gengar set you're running doesn't match up very well w/ exca. you're running a very bad shuckle and a strange gengar to help deal with threats, only they don't help that much and aren't adding anything else. this is not efficient team building.

if it spins it did its job. and then i become open to stuff such as mega lop (which can 6-0!!!!) or one of the threats you mentioned. gar + bisharp beats starmie. and btw offensive sets are much more common

like, do you have any suggestions? btw i don't really feel like using clefable

i'll change the shuckle set i guess

the point of the lead scenario i posited is that you only need to beat starmie right away b/c the only thing it can spin on if webs lowers its speed is unboosted garchomp (which it would have to catch on a double switch). everything else straight ohkoes it. offenses keep up hazards by maintaining pressure as much as they do by having a bisharp or gengar in the back anyway.

i'll pop this into showdown and give it a run myself and then i'll have better suggestions, but i'm guessing you're going to want something that doesn't need webs support to outspeed stuff. something like, say, azumarill--bulky, strong, has priority--will probably be the type of thing i give a run. you don't want all of your eggs, defensively, to be in the webs basket.
