Hey, I'm trying to make a custom pokemon sprite so I drew the front and back sprites in photoshop and inserted them in the game just fine, but the back sprite's colors are swapped around!
I opened up the sprites in Nameless Sprite Editor 2.0. As you can see, the front sprite looks fine but the back sprite's messy. (The shiny backsprite looks good because I tried importing the image into that data slot, but then the shiny frontsprite gets hecked up)

I clicked "edit palette" in NSE2 and found that the two images are indeed using the same palette, but taking in the data in different orders. So if I swap the colors for one sprite using NSE2, the other sprite gets its colors switched as well. Is there any way to either make them have independent palettes, or is there a way I can index it differently in Photoshop that would make it take the data in correctly?
