I would like to get my fiance something when he visits next, since I wont see him for Christmas. I am trying to think of something creative and I am struggling lol He is a very simple man (which I love lol). I want to do or get something very special, it doesn't have to be expensive. Or I can even make it. I am just not sure what to do or get. Any ideas? He is 25, not sure if age makes a difference lol

(If I ever post too many threads here, by all means, tell me to slow it down. I go overboard sometimes. The last forum I was a part of I got 15,000 posts in 2 years lol)

Does he wear bracelets? You could always make him a rubber band one with his favorite colors. That's what I did for my boyfriend. You could probably even have one of your favorite colors to give him. Then you have one made with his, and you both wear them together.

Here's a pic of what I mean:

I thought of doing some kind of bracelet. I am not sure if he would wear one though. He has worn a ring before and used to wear necklaces. I actually got him a necklace with 2 rings on it. He doesn't wear it though cause he doesn't want to risk losing it lol

I would really play off his hobbies. I got my bf a Thomas the Train birthday card since he liked that show as a kid and it said "3 year-old" on it so I wrote in a "2" before the 3 haha. He said he would have been okay with just that. But I really suggest playing off whatever he's interested in. I don't think I'm a spectacular gift giver myself, so I rely heavily on what my bf or friends are interested in when I look into getting them a gift.

Couple members have already mentioned playing off your fiance's hobbies and interests, which I think would be a safe idea.

In regards to my own boyfriend, our Christmas and anniversary gifts coincide since the latter is New Year's. I've come up with the ambitious goal of hand making 1314 lucky stars since it apparently means eternity of love, buying him a handmade Corgi plush from Bellzi, and probably Majora's Mask 'cause he's been mentioning it for quite some time. And recently, bought couples' leather bracelets with customized sayings related to League of Legends.

Going off the last point, you could create or purchase something that has significance between yourselves.

My boyfriend and I are really into video games, and quite honestly I'm thinking of handcrafting something special for his dozens of amiibos that are at his place that are in need of...organization. lol. I'd either handcraft something that could be really useful, or try to briefly ask him what he really wants. Sometimes when your SO starts giving out hints, you'll know what he wants and your shopping will be a whole lot easier.

As others said, go based on his hobbies and interests.
