Oh and you shouldn't compare your depression to someone else it's how
you feel that matters not how it's rated compared to others. >
I agree with Adrasteia.
Listen, I know my ideas will be descriminated and a lot won't be comfortable with that, But I am the kind who think your toughts can be changes, not really changed but ignored. Befre you throw me rocks (like in a safari zone) I do not said it is easy and that everybody will achieved it the same way as the others! E
Everybody is different, so do not compare the way you heal with others, because it is never the same.
Maybe try to find a new hobby? Or like Desinishon said, friends an help. But choose your friends carefully :)
If after a while you tried some things and it didn't work, don't be afraid to ask for help. Never be afraid to ask for help. Maybe you have a teacher, a family member or else. There is psychologist and if you aren't comfortable with one, don't be afraid to change. Sometime you can click well with one, and not at all with another.
I saw a psychologist, two years (school years --> psychologist offer by the University). I know a lot of people who sis this too. It is more common that you think. And sometime, like my experience, you don't always exit from there with medications. Sometime, just to have someone who's neutral to talk to and let you go can help. They can give you advises for the future, etc.
I think that sometime, feelings like that can be signs of a need of change. Don't be afraid to try things :) Just be careful, okay? And remember, don't be afraid to ask for help, and don't give up. I don't say it is easy nor you'll see results quickly, but be patient. It goes better.
