Yes, you're all tripping.

Imagine, a world without a sun, and we could live without it.

As someone who is probably anti sun, I'd say...
it'd be dark.
Very dark.

Scientifically speaking, life as we know it would not be the same without sunlight. Yeah... all living things would die. Well, except those organisms that live at the bottom of the ocean or something.

For some reason I've got "In the Dark of the Night" running through my head now.

But lord, that sounds wonderful. If it were possible, I'd take this in a heartbeat. Bloody Sun never did any good for me: the light gives me headaches, the heat makes me dizzy, and if you believe science then one day it's going to go supernova and wipe us all out unless we can get a space travel program off the ground and get as far away from it as possible. Nothing good comes from that flaming ball of misery and death and I'd be much happier if it didn't come up in the morning.

Although it's not like I see it much, living where I do. Maybe one or two weeks a year in July?

Realistically we'd all die, but if we could live, I'd probably be fine. The night doesn't really bother me. But we'd all have some big electric bills xD

I mean I wouldn't mind at least a half as bright world, with regular night time like we have. Or at least the "day time" is bright enough to not let bees and wasp exist and some non evil insect pollinates the earth instead. But that's just me.

I would imagine we would all live underground and establish underground farms with artificial light. Hopefully these all would have been built already because otherwise everyone would freeze to death very quickly. I would imagine we would be stripped of our freedoms and disease would spread quickly in cramped spaces underground.

As for our gravitational pulls and stuff, i have no idea. I think we would just float off in the direction we were going until we run into something or enter another orbit.
