I asked this in the quick questions thread and it got no reply, so I'll try again by making a new thread.

Does anyone know the offset to find the sprite for the Pokemon that appears in the over-world when you use FLY(HM02) outside of battle in Pokemon Emerald.

I need this offset to put in NSE. (Nameless Sprite Editor), so I can edit/change this sprite.

And if no one knows, is there any way I could find it myself?

To find graphics and other data in the ROM, you can try using the Logging function of VBA. Perhaps you can find a tutorial about it somewhere.

In case you want to give it a try, here’s a link to a nice tutorial by Spherical Ice on this subject. This one is about finding the titlescreen graphics, but the same method can be applied to any graphics in the game.
