It seems that my chances of getting a 3DS are very high, as I almost have enough money to get one. Though I am wondering what game I would get for it (Well, second time, I am definitely getting Smash). I do want to get KI:U, but I heard it is quite hard to find. The legend of zelda ocarina of time, link to the past, and hyrule warriors legends all look interesting to me (I never really played a Zelda game before). I also would like to get Tomodachi Life so I wouldn't have to borrow my sister's copy. Fire Emblem Awakening is also pretty cool since I am a fan of the series (though from my profile pic as of this post, you probally could guess that), as well as Monster Hunter 4, FF:EX Sonic Lost World (don't burn me at the stake please). Ok, there are a lot of games here I like, but which ones are worth buying though, and how replayable is it?

Kid Icarus: Uprising, Fire Emblem Awakening and The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds are great 3DS games.

Replayability just depends on how much you like these games, I've replayed those three after an initial playthrough.

Hyrule Warriors Legends is probably pretty fun since I really enjoyed the Wii U version, there's also so much stuff to do that you're unlikely to run out until you spend hundreds of hours on it. It's a Dynasty Warriors game more than it's a Zelda game, so A Link Between Worlds is a better choice if you're looking for a Zelda experience.

Since this is a Pokémon forum, it'll be obvious to recommend any of the Gen VI Pokémon games, though I would suggest you to wait for the third version coming out next year, and Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon. Now for non-Pokémon 3DS games:

Super Mario 3D World
Mario Kart 7
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon
Majora's Mask 3D
Kirby Triple Delux
Star Fox 64 3D
Fire Emblem Fates
Codename S.T.E.A.M.
Animal Crossing New Leaf
Xenoblade Chronicles 3D (required a new 3DS model)
Sonic Generations
Sonic Boom Shattered Crystals
Resident Evil Revelations
Ace Attorney 5
the Professor Layton games (including the crossover with Phoenix Wright)
the Bravely Default games
Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance
The Dragon Quest 3DS ports
Shovel Knight

I personally would prioritize getting Fire Emblem Awakening first. Are ya gonna play Fire Emblem Fates, too? :D
MH4U is a great game, especially if you have friends to hunt with~

I wouldn't recommend getting Tomodachi Life, unless it's a game you really and truly want to get a copy of. I got bored with the game after about a month or so, and I wouldn't say it's a game worth $35 either.

Yeaaah. I would advise against Tomodachi Life as well. Have you considered Animal Crossing: New Leaf? It's a fantastic sim game that can keep you invested for a looong time. :)
