According to youtuber TaxiRebel, if a continuation of a series takes place in space, then you've run out of idea, since space is said to be the final frontier. My question is how will this game be playable at E3 when Activision no longer has its own booth this year.

Space? Check. Mechs? Check. Still with bullets? Ok, but I'll check anyway.

I feel that there's a lot of Starship Troopers (Space Marines) + Aliens (Marines) + Total Recall (Sci Fi supermurder) vibes from Infinite Warfare, and I totally want that. Oh and a Doom 4 style Neckbreaking scene? HELL YES! Though obviously CoD IW won't get as much blood and gore though, that's not the games' selling point ever.

The CoD 4 Remaster is the only part that really intrigues me. I haven't bought a CoD game that came out after Black Ops, but this looks interesting and I might give it a shot.

I played this game and its pretty good. Graphics are also good.
Modern Warfare Remastered, right?

Also, if the Remastered CoD4 costs an extra $20, why not just sell it as is for $20?
Because they want to sell Infinite Warfare. It'll probably be on sale separately months afterwards though.

I was wondering why my co-workers suddenly made a big COD display at work and were posting pics in the group chat. Welp lol. Preorders bout to bust through the roof for me. I won't be picking it up, though.

I think it's kind of dumb, like Activision knows that CoD: Infinite Warfare won't sell to their expectations so they're trying to bundle it with CoD 4 to help sales. But, if that's not bad enough, you have to pay the extra money to buy CoD 4 anyway if you want it. So, essentially you're paying 2 to 4 times the amount for it if you're not interested in Infinite Warfare.

But again, like you said it'll probably be a stand alone sale eventually.

I mean, not that I care about it. I don't really play CoD. In fact, the only reason I even touched BO3 was because I got a free copy, and even then I think it was a waste of my time and Hard Drive space.

Oh man, the new Halo game looks pretty weir-

...wait a minute.
Heeeey watch it! When Halo stops trying to blow the eSports community like every other game it'll hopefully smarten up and repair itself to greatness.

I don't know if I'm allowed to say that but whatever.

And you are all out of your minds to be talking about Halo in Chameleon's CoD thread. :))))

I'm wondering though. Shooting in space. That can be right. I think. I'm wondering what fictional-esque weaponry are we going to have in CoD: IW. I liked the weapons in BOPS3. Lemme have some of that Vesper. THIS IS MAH VESPER, THERE ARE MANY VESPERS LIKE IT, BUT THIS VESPER IS MINE. (oh and yes, when i have nothing else to use I get grab my Vesper since Treyarch's got a boners to SMGs than most of the other weapon classes)

Maybe in IW, Assault Rifles will be the best weapons once again, just like how it was in Call of Dookie 4: Murder Warfare

I only played the campaign (as I always do) but the weevil was my favorite, and not just because it almost shares a name with my favorite Pokemon. Hopefully a similar weapon makes an appearance so I can use it in the campaign of infinity wardfare

I was never too into Call of Duty, well, everything starting with Ghost and on. Except Black Ops 3, I hear mixed things about it.

I did however get World at War, which the campaign is really intense. (First 10 minutes was like "Holy hell did they just do that?!") But then again, I am probably the only weirdo who would buy a game like CoD with single player having an impact on purchase.

Nah, I don't much care for the multi-player. I don't buy the games at all actually I borrow them from a friend just to mindlessly play through the mediocre campaign in between game releases I'm actually interested in.

I don't think the explosions should be making sound in space, right? lol Immersion ruined.

Anyways, I think they should just start patching existing games instead of making a brand new game every year that doesn't really add much or fails to be different other than 1 or 2 mechanics. I returned BO3 within an hour because it was unplayable...Last one I enjoyed was MW2. :/

Cod is one of my biggest time sinks so when they release a bad one, as they managed to do four games in a row between MW3 and AW, it's very disappointing to me. BO3 is a return to form imo, easily the best multiplayer since the first Black Ops. So obviously between that and the Modern Warfare remaster, I was very excited when this game announcement leaked and I've been following it since.

I don't think we know enough about Infinite Warfare to cast judgement yet, but regardless it should be a good year with the Modern Warfare remaster despite the ten maps thing.

As for the single player vs multiplayer thing, I think the campaigns are usually very fun and tend to be overlooked. Black Ops 3 was the only one I didn't enjoy. Obviously multiplayer is way more important though because most players spend a lot more time on it.

So are we just going to... Ignore the recent event around this? The so called Call of Duty: Infinite Dislikes. Are people finally realizing Activision has been shoveling the same rubbish down it's customer's throats for 9 years?

Before it is assumed, I'm not saying MW or WAW are bad, They're the last two games I liked and even though I play the campaign of every one that releases, I believe it has been the same game release for the last 9 years with a new coat of (futuristic) paint. Or chrome. Everything in the future is chrome.
