Yeah, I'm pretty much the same personality wise. I think the only difference really is that I'm a shade more confident online than I am off.

honestly I'm not much different. I kind of pride myself on typing largely the same way I actually speak. there are obviously gonna be more fillers irl, but. overall, not too much different.
Do you carry over your hatred of capital letters to real life also?

Not so much personality wise, but the things I talk about. Offline I talk about other things with my friends, not so much about Pokémon, and online I just fanboy about the whole franchise :P

I'm actually a lot less conserved and much more outgoing in real life than I am online. I don't know why, but I'm just so much more comfortable talking to people than I am with chatting to them.

I have no idea actually. I think I'm pretty similar? I mean obviously I'm a bit more formal to people I don't know and tend to be more quiet, but once I get to know people I think my attitude is similar to how I am irl.

If someone take time to know my irl, I am the same. If they only judge by the look, I am not.

I'm a little more likely to open up about things online than I am in person. That's the biggest difference I can think of.

It really depends. Most of the time, I'm far more shy and withdrawn from everything offline than I am online. I'm not nearly as into socializing as I am online too. Offline, I'm extremely childish and immature, but online I have a way of seeming very mature for the special needs that I have. People often have a hard time believing I have problems online, but the same goes for offline... which is really no different there. I'm also a lot more open online than I am offline. I'm able to express myself through my typing/writing abilities online than I can with verbal/emotional expression offline.

I'm a very genuine person in real life, and I try my best to be that way online as well. Having met several of my online friends in real life, I couldn't help but feel misled by a few of them when they didn't "act" the same as they did behind behind a keyboard. It honestly felt like I was speaking to someone completely different than the person I met online.

That being said, I do understand that the internet allows people to express themselves more than they ever could online, and that's ok, but it's certainly irritating. I kind of feel like I'm being lied to at times.

I am far more eloquent online, since typing my responses allows me time to think through what I want to say. This also means that I talk more often online. In real life, I'm afraid of saying the wrong thing to people, so I rarely say anything at all. Which means that online, I'm more open with people than I am in real life.

Though, the few times that I do talk with people, I talk way more "loose" than I do online. I tend towards slang and swearing than the way I talk on here.

Just ask my boyfriend. He met me online long before we met in person and we've lived together for over a year so I think if I was a completely different person to the girl he fell for online he'd have run away by now.

In other words I'm pretty much as weird in real life as I am on here. C:

Pretty sure I'm exactly the same person, I even type how I'd speak. I try and let everyone know the real me I guess :)

Not much I think, possibly a little more restrained online as I can actually rethink what I'm typing rather than just blurting out whatever I think.

Even though I'm more easygoing in online a bit, my personality is the same most of the time, being shy and all, so it depends on how I feel atm.
