Okay so, let's start.

PROBLEM

Adding Tiles in Advance Map with a Fire Red Rom only has the maximum of 12 palettes.
Minus the first 6/7 tiles that cannot be edited.

Thing is, I want to add more than 5/6 Tiles, but I can't because of the palette usage.

Any fix?

Expanding the amount of palettes does not work in this case, so you'll just have to improvise. You can expand the amount of blocks and distribute those extra 5/6 palettes among your new tiles for that map. Considering you have all those extra palettes for one map, you should have plenty. The last 5/6 palettes are only for that one tileset, as you will find they are free once more when using other tilesets. :)

Quick Question, let's say I added a new Pokemon Center tile in Viridian City, changing the Palette 8 for that specific tile. Would it be possible to add one more tile to that palette without ruining the colors?

Also, if I cannot, then can i add a new Tile in that same palette but in a different map? (For Example, Route 1.)

As long as the two tiles use palettes among the 16 colors in palette 8, then you can use them both there. Palette 8 (along with all others) contains a different palette set per every map (more specifically, every tileset). This means that you can have different colors on different maps for palette 8. For example, in the pokecenter you will notice that pal0 uses different colors than, lets say, route 1's pal0. This is because the two maps use different tilesets. :)

What if like the Tilesets are full? Am i unable to add any more? Because if i replaced some, it will mess up the game.

In case you haven't already, you can go into the block editor and go to Blocks>Change amount. There you can change it to the max amount available. But if it's full even then and you can't replace any, that's all you can have for that specific tileset.
