My problem occurs when I try to add new frames to an index. I'm using NSE Classic and Pokemon Emerald.

I begin by replacing the truck sprite with a lapras.

After inserting the sprite, things look okay at this point.

However, when I go to add eight more frames to the index, I get this message:

I repoint the data and immediately end up with this garbage as a result:

Does anybody know what's going on here? Why do all of the frames become nullified? I'm not able to edit them whatsoever from this point on.
I should also mention that if I keep the "copy frames" box checked when repointing, I'm not able to insert the frames correctly because the previous frames overlap the next ones.

Seems like the frame table is corrupted. But to give you a more accurate answer, you could send me a patch to the hack with and without the modification.

I know this thread is a bit outdated, but I just wanted to drop by and say that I used the OWM tool instead of NSE Classic. It's much easier to work with and does almost all of the work for you.
