    Welcome to Season Two of VGPOTW! With permission from our friendly neighbourhood moderator machomuu, and the blessings of original creator El Heroe Oscuro, Video Games will once again be hosting a weekly series that pits certain video game characters, levels, and universes against one other to see which one will come out on top! This time around we'll also have some general polls to mix things up a bit, and maybe a few other things besides. So, in the words immortalised by Square Enix: please be excited! ​

    If you have a match-up that you would like to see, whether between video game characters or worlds/universes, send me a VM or PM and I'll take note of it, and somewhen in the not-too-distant future your idea could be the feature for the week!

    You know, I voted for the 3DS XL, but in retrospect, I should have voted for the GameBoy Advance SP, as I played more than Pokemon on that thing. Took it everywhere. Plus it had a backlit screen!

    I'm torn between the DS and the New 3DS XL regarding my vote.

    DS had an amazing library of games that made the handheld so popular, HGSS being thae quintessential pair of games that every DS owner should have had, along with SMT Strange Journey, Contra 4, and of course BW 1 and 2, among many many games.

    New 3DS XL is a machine that seems to be able to run its library very well.

    I'm torn. I'll need to vote wisely soon.
