Well yes sometimes but the only things that are battery powered at my house are the remotes and some little things like toothbrushes. The rest is just powered by electricity. :)

Oh, that happens to me all the time, LT. x___X; It's not that bad now, though. We've got a ton of AAA batteries (although we have nothing that uses them) and my mom often buys 8-packs of AAs, so we haven't run out of those in a while. o_o; Between my discman and the Wavebirds, though, I think we'll be out pretty soon. x_X;

Same, we've had this one box full of AAAs for years now. I don't know why we bought it, we hardly use them. It's AAs that are a problem. We go through them so quickly.

I can never, ever, find AA batteries when I need them. My cd player sucks battery life so quickly. >< I just bought a pack of AA batteries and we got a huge pack around Christmas time, but that's long gone. o_o; The one I just bought I lost within 24 hours. <_<; I really need to find it so I have them for my trip...

We have millions of AAA batteries... and the only things that we have that need those are the remotes. -_-;

I have two pairs of recharable batteries and a Game Boy Advance SP. I haven't had a problem for a long time. Recharable batteries pwn. ^_^

But before, I couldn't find any AAs I could use, or AA batteries that worked. I'd always have to buy my own, and my CD player then went though then quickly. X_X;;
And when I get stuff for AAA, we NEVER have them. EVER. >>;;

I can never find AAAs. My cordless mouse and TV remote and DVD player remote all use them. And they like to run out at inopportune times.

Half the time I want them, I can never find those pesky AA batteries.

Mainly because those are the ones that tend to be used up first. >_<

I bought some Energizer e Rechargable batteries for my Advance a long while ago (AA). Best. Batteries. Ever. Plus they have a bit of weight to them to make them feel tough. XD

We have ten million AAA batteries (my dad bought these HUGE packs of them) but we never have any AA, even though we use them in EVERYTHING. Perhaps BECAUSE we use them in everything. We used them all up about 2 years ago and my parents couldn't be bothered buying more ^^; Lucky they gave me a pair of rechargeable AAs for Christmas a couple of years back so I just recharge them and use them in my torch, since my Discman/radio uses its own rechargeable stick batteries. My big CD player plugs straight into mains XD

Allstories there is a 4 word rule you know.

I used to go hunt for batteries. Back when game boys used batteries I had to go look for AAs, and they would run out so quick. So I had to go buy more every time I went to the store. So now that the SP, DS and PSP all have a rechargeable battery I never use batteries anymore.
