1. Is there any way to revive and fully heal Pokemon like in the original games or do you have to use revives and potions?

2. I'm in the UK and since it isn't out here yet I did the change region thing on itunes to get it earlier, once I delete the app and re download it once it's officially out in the UK will I still be able to log in on the same gmail and keep all my pokemon, or will I have to start fresh? Thanks

Can't answer the second question, but for the first: Yes, you have to heal them with revives and potions. If you want to fully revive your pokemon at once, you'll need to level up high enough to get a max revive.

What level do you get max revives? Also what level do you get great balls and ultra balls and how to you switch between them and pokeballs?

And also once you put a pokemon in a gym, how do we get the pokemon back once its been defeated? Do we have to go back to the same gym? Thanks

It never leaves your inventory if you drop it at a gym. It just shows that it's at a gym with a symbol next to it. Once it's knocked out the symbol disappears and the Pokémons HP is 1

Hey! I'm here to answer your second question. Most probably you'll be able to login using the same email. According to your apple ID you reside in a region where Pokemon Go is available. Hence, you're given an access to the game. Even after the game releases in UK, you'll be in a region where the game is available. So it should not be a problem.
