Hi there!

First, I'm not a Breloom. I'm Italian, I'm 16 currently, and I've had the brilliant idea to start working on a Pokémon fangame. And that is one of the reasons why I've joined this forum.

To get more into the details...
My first journey into the world of Pokémon started when I was 10. I used to not care about Pokémon - they seemed fairly complicated and a bit pointless to me - but then, almost by mistake, I started to watch the anime on TV (only because it was right before another programme I liked). Some months later I was already playing Pokèmon Platinum, which would become my favourite game of the series, with Torterra on my side.
I played White and Black 2 as well, but not the following games (as I don't have a 3DS)... But on the other hand, I also started adventuring into the world of fangames - both hacks and Essentials projects. And now, after playing many of them, I've decided to work on my own! Because of that, Pokécommunity has proven very useful for me.

Enough with Pokémon!
I don't just play Pokémon the entire day, but also other games like Team Fortress 2. I've played Terraria and League of Legends, but now I open them very rarely, and I use Minecraft as my 3D builder (as I use Creative mode very often).
Another hobby of mine is playing the guitar (both electric and acoustic), and listening to music. I mean, I'm listening to music right now as I'm writing this! I prefer rock music, but there are some exceptions to this rule.

So... that should be it.
I think that is pretty much everything.
Since English is not my main language, I could still make some errors. At the same time, I consider myself rather good, especially when compared to myself five years ago (when I wrote "some persons don't like be together").

Also, to anyone who's reading this, thanks in advance for stopping by on this thread! We'll meet again on the forums.

Hey Cyaloom! Welcome to PC ~

Yeah fangames are huge here. Bummer you don't have a 3DS but there's certainly no requirement to have it for enjoying Pokémon, plenty of other ways to dive into things like older games and fangames (which we have many of). ;3 I'm a bit behind with those and have been trying to play again but I'm just always distracted with something else lol.

Have a good time here. ^^ If you need help you're welcome to ask!

Aaa cute avatar! ♥ Love Breloom. -^ ^- Welcome to the PokéCommunity Cyaloom! Platinum's a pretty great game so points to you for liking it—haven't played it myself in a while, though. Just gotta sometime! ;w; It's awesome you're working on your own fangame, best of luck in your project and I hope it all goes good!
Certainly cool to hear you've played Terraria—a shame you haven't in a while (it's one of my favourite games personally, but I haven't really played in a while either, oops!) but still. How's Team Fortress 2 btw? I've heard nothing but praise for the game myself, I do believe we have it downstairs for the Xbox but I've never gotten around to playing it. x'D

Hope you'll be sticking with us a while, enjoy your time here and have fun!! Plenty to do here. ♥

Hey look, some replies~
It's nice to wake up and find these replies to my post... I really appreciate it!

Some better responses:

A wild admin appeared! Anyways, with so many games out there, I also find it difficult to stick with one for a while, and I get distracted quite often :]
Again, thank you for the welcome!

Well hello there! welcome to PC, it's a pleasure to have you here with us!

I started to play Pokemon when I was 7, but I started with Sapphire. I'm glad to hear that you started with one of the best Pokemon games, Platinum was just so good! I don't have a 3DS neither, I just had more important things to buy and they are way too expensive here. I actually got an electric guitar last week! I been saving for a year, I'm damm happy with it. I should be getting my first amp soon as well, I never thought I would be learning how to play. Once you get rid of that stupid "I won't be good" fear, it's a great thing to do.

If you ever need help around here or you just want to chat, feel free to message me! good luck with everything here :)
So you've just got a guitar - great! It's nice to see that there are other people willing to learn how to play.
I've actually been playing guitar for quite a while (mostly acoustic) and, with that in mind, I've thought about creating my own soundtrack for the game I'm planning.

Yay! Another person who thinks Breloom is cute! I actually did not like Breloom at first, but then I tried it out in some competitive battles (with a rather weird set) and it grew on me.
Now, you could just do a nuzlocke challenge of platinum, seeing that you haven't played it
I used to play Terraria with friends - and that is a very cool experience - but now we can't play together as frequently and my interest for the game has slightly decreased. However, we had a lot of fun with that game - even when battling Hardmode bosses like the Twins, for example.
Team Fortress 2 is quite interesting because of its "cartoony" style, which makes it different from many other First person shooters out there. It's another game that I like playing with friends (when possible, of course) but, to be honest, the last update (Meet your match) has made me lose interest. Also, I've spent about one thousand hours on that game - which I could have used in different ways :P

Yet again, thank you for the warm welcome, and I'll see you around the forums!

Heyo!!

Hehe, I thought I was like one of the 1% by saying Platinum was my favorite, but glad to hear it's yours too! I've put quite a bit of time in the game, and it's been years since I've actually played it. It's cool that you already sort of have a mission while coming here, hehe. I'm sure you'll fit right in!

I'm not much of a pokemon fan myself anymore. I haven't watched the anime nor played a pokemon game in years. I suppose the last time I touched pokemon was Moemon a year ago, a FR ROM hack. I do love some music though! I love music! I mostly listen to Metal, but also Rock and essentially anything instrumental I suppose. Guitar solos are the best solos! Couple of my 'favorite' bands include; Pearl Jam, Avenged Sevenfold, Five Finger Death Punch. But next to that, I also happen to quite a bit of rock, like; Aerosmith, AC/DC, Guns N Roses. What are your favorite bands? c:

Very much welcome to PokeCommunity. If you need any help, let someone know. Send me a message if you feel like it! I hope you'll enjoy it here and will stick around!

Maybe I shouldn't reply here because, for being an introduction, this thread is getting old and there'd be no reason to make it show before all of the newer ones... anyways...

Hello and thanks for the welcome!
I've actually heard about Moemon, but I happen to not like Fire Red, or the Kanto region that much. Now onto my favourite bands~
Some of my favourites include The Offspring, U2, Linkin Park, Pearl Jam, Green Day, Metallica, Evanescence... someone stop me. and Rammstein - at first I didn't like them but right now they're growing on me.
I actually enjoy listening to all of the bands you've mentioned, too.
And yes, guitar solos are awesome. I've learned a couple of rather easy ones but I'm looking forward to learn more in the future (or compose stuff).
