Hi,

I have this issue where Pokemons don't appear on the map.
The app says it's here, I can see the white circle on the map, but the Poke itself doesn't appear, so I can't touch it to start a battle.
I tried restarting the app, but it doesn't solve it most of the time.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Do you know of any way to solve it?
Pokémon? Nah, I'm too old for that... not.

Yeah, happens to me sometimes. If you kill the app and load it up again, then they SHOULD reappear again, in all their pixelated glory. I believe if you leave the area before you open the app or don't start it within five minutes, then they'll go.

This is the thing, I could restart the app three times in a row, it would not solve the issue.
I'd say resetting the app solves it like 25% of the time or less.

Next time, try this:
- Fully kill the app
- Turn on Airplane mode
- Start the app and wait till it get's to the Gyarados loading screen
- Turn off Airplane mode and it'll load normally

From what my testing has shown, is that it seems to clear any cached data and allows a fresh load, but still keeps the Pokemon in the area. Give it a try next time.
