Well im obviously a noob at hacking or else i wouldnt be posting here.. I spent around an hour last night following a tutorial on inserting tiles, and i inserted a tileset for some coconut palm trees. I turned it to the 16 colors, didnt change much, but there was a few graphic errors when it was converted so i used the dropper tool on the leaves and filled it back in to look good with the same color. When inserted into advance map it looked fine, but when i actually played the game, the trees were black, and it glitched the other buildings. Here is what it looks like. Can anybody tell me whats wrong?
Spoiler:
in advance map
in the game (sorry for super muk quality pic)

Added new tiles but still getting the same graphic glitch and would love for somebody to help me fix it. The trees have their color, but the houses have different blocks than the ones I placed. I made sure I wrote the changes to the rom, but in advance map it looks absolutely fine, but not in game.
Pictures for reference here.

Fixed it. Turned out it was a nooby error like usual, forgot to change behavior and background bytes.
