Hello everybody, after 3 years I decited to play Pokemon on competitive.
I must learn again and Im now a noob, but I need some help with this team. Many thanks in advanced.

Dragonite @ Choice Band
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Outrage
- Extreme Speed
- Fire Punch
- Earthquake

A Choice Band-boosted STAB Outrage is insanely strong and will usually OHKO anything that doesn't resist it. Dragon Claw is an option over Outrage for more consistency and to stop the risk of opposing Fairy-types switching in

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Volt Switch is Rotom-W's Electric STAB move that allows it to regain momentum after pivoting into a threat. Hydro Pump is Rotom-W's secondary STAB that allows it to beat some of the Pokemon it checks

Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast
- Taunt

Shadow Ball is Gengar's main STAB attack, as its neutral coverage is fantastic and it deals solid damage to most Pokemon. Sludge Wave is Gengar's secondary STAB attack.

Talonflame
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Spe
Careful Nature
- Acrobatics
- Roost
- Bulk Up
- Will-O-Wisp

Acrobatics is Talonflame's main STAB move, and it is powerful, has priority, and comes with no drawbacks. Acrobatics is mostly irrelevant on a defensive set like this. Roost is needed for Talonflame to consistently wall the threats it needs to.

Mega Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 16 HP / 8 Def / 232 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast
- Will-O-Wisp

Hyper Voice hits incredibly hard and does a huge chunk of damage against any Pokemon that does not resist it. Psyshock hits special walls, most notably Chansey, on their Defense, allowing Gardevoir to break through them

Scizor @ Leftovers
Ability: Light Metal
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Impish Nature
- Defog
- Roost
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn

Swanna is kind of an odd choice for use in OU, but also kinda unnecessary since Empoleon does what it does but also brings phazing and SR to the table, and a somewhat better defensive type. You can stick Defog over Ice Beam on it. What the team is in desperate need of right now is speed control. It's overall kinda slow and so faster teams will just run all over it. Thundurus allows you to keep a Flying type/Ground immunity while providing a solid base 111 Speed and priority T-Wave. Talonflame also works.

Would run Salac over Lefties on Garchomp if you're going for sweeper set.
Agree with Nah about the Swanna and Defog and Empoleon.
You also barely have any speed - fastest is Garchomp.
Rotom is your counter to many threats - if it's gone, your team will struggle with Skarmory a bit.
Scarf Drill will also be a problem for your team if your Flying-type is dead.

Like the others said, I don't get why Swanna is in this team, as Empoleon does its role a lot better, as it provides bulk and Stealth Rock support. It can also use Defog for hazard-clearing:
-Scald
-Roar
-Defog/Stealth Rock
-Toxic/Stealth Rock
Nature: Calm
EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers/Chople Berry
Ability: Torrent

An alternative over Swanna is Weavile, which can provide Pursuit support for Mega Gardevoir by getting rid of fleeing bulky Psychics and Ghosts:
-Knock Off
-Icicle Crash
-Ice Shard
-Pursuit
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Pressure

I'd throw out Dnite, tbh. Instead either Garchomp or Lando-T would be good options as they both provide an Electric immunity and Stealth Rock support. They also help taking some pressure from Rotom which is likely to switch in quite often.

Your team is also somewhat weak to Scald and Dark type moves. Dunno, if you really need that Gengar. Something like Weavile might be better, since it also gives you an option to Pursuit trap something that can be dangerous to Garde.
