does anyone know the exact offest for the script of intro of prof.oak
where he introduces the player and rival...

I want to change the text where prof calls rival his grandson...
and if possible does anyone know only to escape the rival naming...
not the other parts but the rival naming....

Use a table file and search for the text in a hex editor.

I tried out this method but it turned out to be harder than I thought.....

Actually it's a lot more simple then what you think have XSE installed and A-Map and go to the map where you choose the starters and then click on the pokeball in advance map and open the script in XSE then change the hex number of the starters to any Pokémon of your choice but remember to do it on all 3 pokeballs

I think you mis-understood my question... What actually i am trying to change is the intro of prof.oak where he says
"this is your rival since you were babies.. bla bla bla"
and also want to escape the rival naming part because I dont want the rival to be named by the player but by myself instead :)

Pretty sure LockSmithArmy's Intro Text Editor does what you want (alternate source in case the original attachment is gone).

Check out Diegoisawesome's GBA Intro Manager, it has a checkbox for removing the rival naming. And this post from Jambo51 has ASM for naming the rival from the overworld later on.
