If u could be parent(s) to a Pokemon (not necessarily a baby Pokemon), which one would it be & why?
Pika Pika :chu:

The Pokemon hatchs from eggs. So I guess whatever our answer will be, we'll gonna have an egg, not expulsing the actual baby Pokemon from our womb.
considering human biology we technically do start from an egg, it just hatches and matures inside of us instead of outside, because we can't produce the hard protective shell necessary to sustain it outside our body.
you might think that would be the case HOWEVER! humans are stretchy! and maybe, just maybe, if the pokemon takes just enough of our biology to grow at the rate of like a human child, it will reach a reasonable weight inside the womb before you have to pop it out. could be c-sectioned even. but i think humans can handle a lot, especially if it's introduced over time!
YO BUT OK what if it wasn't a baby? what if it was just tiny? pokemon go tells us they can be tiny ya? so what if humans will give the pokemon they are birthing the genes for a smaller stature and a slower growth period? that would make it work to incubate them in a womb rather than an egg. and in that case maybe evolution itself will change if there's a human parent? if the genetics call for slower growth, maybe when they evolve they will take like. days instead of minutes to change their form!
o_OIf I had to give birth to it, probably Ferrothorn.
so either its like pushing out a large metal... egg... or ripping ya passage up?? or maybe the spikes are there but they are soft because theyve been you know. immersed. for the duration of the pregnancy. like how newborns have wrinkly skin and all that
I don't know what's more disturbing: The subject as presented by our lovely Chu, or the way this thread is going Xd How a ferrothorn reproduce, seriously? Now I won't be able to not think about it! thanks guys lol

My favorite Pokemon is CUbone, so I want to say cubone. But... with the backstory... will this mean I will die? And does the cubone will have an human head for the skull?
..... I never thought I would think about those questions tonight XD
lmao this thread is the best
okay but it does get confusing- considering human biology we technically do start from an egg, it just hatches and matures inside of us instead of outside, because we can't produce the hard protective shell necessary to sustain it outside our body. so i still think we'd be birthing the actual pokemon. although maybe that makes ferrothorn even weirder bc it somehow? evolved inside of us? would our body be able to take the strain of that sudden change in mass or would we just like. be ripped apart from the inside
oh god what have i just said
.. A.. Aquacorde.... you really blew my mind.
And here i am, supposed to do an important paper for school and I want to make a text about the biirthing of Pokemon. (It's gonna start with ? who comes first: Arceus or Mew? ?)
Anyway, if that's so, we would be unable - by nature - to give birth to something like, let's say, Wailmer?
Finally I think I want an Abra. He's just gonna teleport outside me.

Ohhhhhhh kaaaaaayyy, this is not the direction I envisioned the Thread to go, this got turned into a "pop" quiz. Oh jeez, look what I'm saying now :3c.So basically the smallest Pokemon we catch in Pokemon Go are children playing outside and we catch them... Well I won't be able to play now.
Joke I live in the middle of nowhere so I am not too able too play to begin with
