and sorry i got a question regarding choice band. does the 1.5 times physical bonus apply only on the first time u send the pokemon with choice band attached out? or does it apply everytime u send it out?

anyone have a detail explanation of how it exactly works?

Choice Band adds a continous x1.5 to any physical attack you use.:D

Yes, that is true... but it works well with some madly powerful pokemon... some... think of a choice banded explosion 2v2 team... ouch.

Snorlax
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 156 HP / 176 Atk / 136 Def / 42 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)

Some people list more SDef but, with rest I think it works fine

or

Snorlax
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 156 HP / 42 Atk / 136 Def / 176 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)

Atk and SDef Evs are switched from the first one.

Now it gets 330 SDef and with its 500 HP its tanking like a pro. Also gets 200 Def and 266 Atk.

BTW first set is for non-curselax second is for curselax
