New year coming up, so why not?
I don't make all my hopes on this tho. I don't like the "new year new me" stuff or new resolutions as I never keep them and just deceive myself.
But maybe with the help and support here, I can finally keep this up?

- eating better? Less sugar. More fruits and vegetables (I eat like sh*t).
-Losing 10 pounds and/or get more strength and muscles
- Be more social?
- Doing 100 sit up a day
- I did this in highschool (every nights) and I had a belly I would die for now. I used to do it, so I know I can do it.

- Going back to my Yoga class or at least doing some at home
- Improve my posture * exercises
- Learning more japanese. I know some words and stuff from a long time ago, but these last months I wanted to continue my learning
- Learning how to do my hair. Sounds stupid, but I can't do a simple ponytail lol

I know I won't achieve all of this as I am studying a lot too, but those are guidelines... If I can't do these but I improve my grades, I'll still be happy.

** I'll probably add more stuff soon, because right now it's late and I don't have everything figured out yet **

Ahh this looks like a good list! So, for doing your hair, there are definitely some fun youtube tutorials around. And 100 sit-ups! Wow! How many can you do now? And do you do them all in a row, or do sets?
Thanks! I tried to watch some tutorial for hair and make up, but I can't achieve anything :/ (I am better for my makeup than for my hair tho) The thing is, I don't have too much patience so watching a tutorial's video online is too long for me haha. But I'll try again for sure. I'll ask my sister in law too maybe.

As for the sit ups, right now I don't do any XD It's been months since I've said that I should do them again. A good friend (who really like going to the gym and stuff like that) he asked me why I didn't started again my sit ups. He remembers when I had a hard belly, not as floppy as right now (even if it's not the worst tho). My body is alright, I've gain 10 pounds that I would like to lose. The only things are my cellulite on my tights and my face is bigger lately, but I know that's because of the extra 10 pounds.

I mean, in real life oops. Most of my social is online :P

Okay, so let's make a game plan! We gotta figure out how many sit-ups you can do comfortably at the moment, and start with a little bit more than that. And then decide when you're going to do them- in the morning? At night? Before showering? A set time every day is helpful~
Yeah I used to have a set time, before bed. I think I'm gonna start again tomorrow! And it's real hehe, a real tomorrow. Not tonight because my boyfriend is still here and I don't want him to see me doing my first set for some years :P

Okay so I didn't do me set up yet XD BUT! I did some squats so I guess it's still something. And I hate some vegetables today... I usually don't eat any. I tried to drink more water too (I can go days without a glass)

maybe you should work on keeping a water bottle on hand? it's so much easier to drink water when it's by you all the time and so good for you! what veggies did you eat?

If you want to be more social offline, I'd recommend that you find a hobby or a club or something you can participate in. I think that once you get out of school/uni it gradually gets harder to find friends outside of the work place so that's the best bet and you might learn some fun new skills at the same time.

I think that once you get out of school/uni it gradually gets harder to find friends outside of the work place so that's the best bet and you might learn some fun new skills at the same time.
It's a great idea, sadly with my Uni studies, my jobs and I volunteer in an animal shelter, I won't have time for any other activities. It sounds like I have many socials interactions, but all of those things are mainly stuff where I have to work alone.

maybe you should work on keeping a water bottle on hand? it's so much easier to drink water when it's by you all the time and so good for you! what veggies did you eat?
I did the water bottle trick once, I was drinking like 3 glasses a day? (Which is enormous for me). It's a good idea to start again. It's always better with a straw.
Honnestly I wasn't on my computer much these last days so I don't remember which vegetable I've eat, but today I got some broccoli and avocado!
I'll have to make some smooties again!

Heyyyy Mawa! What do you put in your smoothies? Like, not your favorite ones but the ones you drink most often, what's in those? & have you found out how many sit-ups you can do yet?
Fpr the smoothies it's my cousin who has a small show and she makes amazing ones! I don't rmemeber all the ingredients tho. It has oranges's flowers, which tasted sooo great! Sadly I haven't did any sit up yet XD I know it's a bad start... I did ate less junk tho, and did some squats. can do like 15 of them (I have weak legs. Well, weak body..). I'll do a plank too. I know this is hard so I'll try to start with 20 seconds?

20 minutes on a step machine
1 minute plank (20 sec + 30 sec + 10 sec)
50 sit up

First day. And I a so weak seriously XD

Well the thing is: I don't really drink water. Ever, only in my teas. I drink more teas than a water glass. But yeah I did drink one after the work out. I wish I can do more tonight

Drinking with a straw helps, seriously. I have this flashing yellow Pikachu glass and I used to use it a lot. I should start again.

Bad as I thought it would be hahaha :')


Had some problems since 2017. Let's say 2017 isn't that great so far eh. So I had an hard time to keep up. BUT! for what was to learn how to do my hair, it's not perfect yet but I did practice a lot and I decided to make my hair grow a little bit more as I think I can do something with them now! I did watched some youtube video to learn.

I started drinking more tea again as I think I don't drink enough water.

So yeah for the physical form of this list it's not doing great :/ but for some other aspects it's not that bad!
