listening to music, watching tv, and occasionally driving. it's weird to think driving can be relaxing, but when you're on your own it can be a great way to just get away from everything and have some time properly to yourself.

I play my phone apps. Usually they're pretty stress-free even if I'm losing, so they're great at keeping me relaxed. Would like to start reading again at some point since it's probably been like... 12 years.... school textbooks excluded. x'D It always helped me out in relieving stress.

I listen to music. It helps calm me down, especially after a long day. I also play video games or do some writing at times.

Starbucks or a coffee shop is the only place where I can relax at least. I used to think being at home does my relaxation well, but to be quite honest, I have to be alone just to relax.

what is relaxation anyways

if i have a lot of free time to relax then i'll play some videogames, read a little, or play bass guitar. since i don't have a lot of free time lately i usually relax by listening to music or power napping. : ' )

Listen to music, make myself some tea, uhhh

I think that's mostly it. Listening to music while lying down and browsing the internet on my tablet is pretty much the main way I relax. The tea is only if I need some extra relaxation power in the form of calming myself down.

go outside, lie down, just chill out for a bit, if it's nice out. if not, netflix/pokemon, or just hanging out with some close friends with food is always good

So I've found out lately that listening to various noises is doing wonders for helping me relax.

I say that as I'm currently listening to fan sounds. Yes, fan sounds. So good. It even helped me get to sleep the other night (definitely a thing I need help with, since I have troubles relaxing enough there). And I would think it wouldn't help that much considering I have a box fan going in my apartment, meaning that I always have such sounds around me anyway. But yeah, white noise, or sometimes pink noise, seems to be helping a lot recently. Maybe not for anything physically, but mentally for sure.
