I remember the formula for standard deviation, which I'm literally never going to use and hated doing when I was in school.

i had to revise this so much in january and it drove me mental. i remember it now and i'll never need it in life.

In software development, Poker Planning is a technique where you ask your team to write down estimations for how long will something take to complete so they are not influenced by what other people think when they discuss times openly. If some people have numbers that differ a lot from the average, you ask them why.

My brothers and dad work with software a lot and they tend to talk about it all the time and I heard this one time we were having breakfast together. I think I only remember this one due to the example my dad used to explain what all that means.

I was told the image in my sig was made by Ichinose Kanade ^-^

When I was about 4, there were some distant relatives staying with us, and I walked into the room in which they were sleeping. That's it. Remember it as if it was yesterday.

I'm 90% sure they weren't having sex, but you never know...

my nana likes to say i have a selective memory so i remember things that i think are important but probably aren't that important to everyone else, like i could remember something that happened back in elementary but i could barely remember what i had for breakfast the other day. i dunno why i'm like this, why did you make me this way

In 8th or 9th grade English, we had to memorize and recite at least 20 lines from one of a few Shakespearian plays we'd read that year, and I picked this from Romeo and Juliet. I spent so much time practicing and reciting it, that even 10 years later I can't forget it, haha.

Spoiler:
Tybalt here slain, whom Romeo's hand did slay. Romeo that spoke him fair, bade him bethink how nice the quarrel was, and urged withal your high displeasure. All this, uttered with gentle breath, calm look, knees humbly bowed, could not take truce with the unruly spleen of Tybalt deaf to peace. But, that he tilts with piercing steel at bold Mercutio's breast, who all as hot, turns deadly point-to-point, and with a martial scorn, with one hand beats cold death aside, and with the other, sends it back to Tybalt, whose dexterity retorts it.

Romeo, he cries aloud, "Hold friends! Friends, part!" And swifter than his tongue, his agile arm beats down their fatal points, and twixt them rushes, underneath whose arm an envious thrust from Tybalt hit the life of stout Mercutio, and then Tybalt fled. But by and by comes back to Romeo, who had but newly entertained revenge, and to it they go like lightning! For, here I could draw to part them, was stout Tybalt slain. And, as he fell, did Romeo turn and fly. This is the truth, or let Benvolio die.

Earlier this year I was at a friend's place and Meet the Robinsons was playing on the TV. I suddenly realized that I could remember every word after not seeing it in nearly ten years. We decided to watch the whole thing because I could say every single line of the movie before the characters did. I watched it that many times with my little brother when we were younger I guess the script just got ingrained in my head.

I don't even like Meet the Robinsons that much, if only it was Back to the Future or something.

There's an Arthur episode where the Brain sings about Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The chorus is stuck in my head after 10 or so years.
Apparently I'm not the only one who's cursed by this but sweet jesus make it stop
