Hey PC, it's bed time! And I'm going to tuck in! But I'm wondering, what times do you go to bed and wake? It's 3am here, I should probably go earlier!

I have no circadian rhythm so your guess is as good as mine. I spent over a week nocturnal recently lol.

I usually go to sleep around half past 11 or midnight and wake up at 7, I think I should get a little bit more sleep to be honest.
Don't trust people too much, they might let you down.

Anywhere between 11p and 2a for sleeptime and wake-up between 7a or a little after 9.

Bed around 12-1, awake anywhere from 7-10. No matter how much I sleep though, I'm still tired :(

Bed by 11pm, awake around 5am. Slowly but surely cutting down on the amount of sleep I need...whether I want to or not >.>
aaa I wouldn't be able to do this :<

I sleep at 11pm and wake up at 6AM. That is hard enough, I have learned over the years that I cannot function well on under 8 hours of sleep. And waking up when it's still dark out will always make me tired since it feels unnatural, even if I sleep for 12 hours.

Depends on my class schedule - most terms I'm up at 6AM and go to bed between 12-3AM

When there's no class, sometimes I stay up until the sun is up, but I still wake up between 7-10AM

I think I need more sleep

Well, I never said it was easy, haha. It's taken me pretty much my entire life to date to reduce my need to sleep. If I wake up during the night I feel absolutely terrible when I wake up in the morning; it's like I've just taken two brief naps instead.

I'm the opposite it most people here, it seems...if get over six hours sleep (or under four for two or three consecutive nights) I often feel worse instead of refreshed when I wake up. The idea of 8+ hours of sleep is horrifying to me. Even when I'm ill and/or tired I'm like clockwork with my sleeping patterns.

Sleep at 12 or 1 AM (preferably 12 but we can't have that now can we), occasionally 2 when the interwebs is very exciting. I am a night person so it's not like I'm keeping myself awake forcefully. Usually sleep 7 to 9 hours, sometimes 10 when I have the time and need to. Unfortunately, I got three 9 AM classes this period, so currently I'm absolutely suffering from lack of sleep every day.

I go to sleep at about 11:30 and wake up at 7:30, it's really not enough sleep but oh well, maybe one day I'll change.

I usually fall asleep at 22-23 in the evening and wake up around 07 in the morning. UTC+1!

Work times dictate this rather strict and consistent schedule. I even awake early in the weekends. I wonder what vacation will do to me...
