i work out any where from 4 to 6 hours a day,oh and sorry i didnt pick,"Jeremy is cute!",sorry Jeremy.
Isnt it cold outside?
When it feel like no ones loving you
But Im watching you
And Ill never hold you down
And they say
That souls can never fade
But along the way
It seem your shadow was erased
Life is jaded, love had faded
Let me take you away from here oh
Let me kiss you, they wont miss you
Let me lift you away from here
Arent you paranoid?
When it feels like someones watching you?
But Im protecting you
And you need not be afraid
And they said
To follow voices in your head
And thats where I fed
My soul when I was dead
Life is jaded, love had faded
Let me take you away from here oh
Let me kiss you, they wont miss you
Let me lift you away from here

Well, I do Karate for an hour. And I also work out at school. I just happen to be the strongest girl, and the strongest in my class, AND one of the strongest in the school. Yes, I actually have muscles. Most in my legs. In karate, I have actually kicked a guy in his reproductive orgin (you know, THAT one). He fell on the ground. Everyone knows not to piss me off, because I can kick there boot-ay! XD

At least one hour every other day. You can total that to 4 hours in a week though. ROTC also made us work out twice a week so it used to be 6 hours in total.(until now, my summer is here) Then again.. I do play basketball a lot, swim, and all that jazz. So that should be counted for as well making it 8 hours at least.. Ohh and wait, can't forget the finger exercise I get from clicking, typing, and playing PS2! It's g00d ya know. o.O

I have gym where I do four laps around the track, then sometimes I play basketball on my street. And I've been secretly doing situps at night to make my body better-looking.
btw, I used to run on our family's treadmill, good exersize.

Well, it would depend on what you mean by working out. o_o;

If dance counts, then that's around two hours a week from September to May/June.

If PE counts, then that's four days a week for an hour from either September to January or January to June.

If you mean actually working out on my own, like in a gym or something... almost never. XD
