Depends on the day. I usually go for one hour either Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, and I practice my moves (forms, one-step sparring moves... sometimes even sparring with my brother) for periods of ten to thirty minutes either before I go or on the days I didn't mention.

Not to mention I sometimes dance in my room when no one is listening when I play what I call the "song of the day." (But, uh, I doubt you really needed to know that. >_>)
Professional ninja. May or may not actually be back. Here for the snark and banter at most.

I don't do any sport at all XD. The closest thing I get to a workout is walking around campus to my next class~ XD

Weeeeeeeeeeell...I chose the "Jeremy is cute!" option. XD *glomps Jer-Jer* <3~~~ But I only work out for an hour and a half each day at the most - not counting when I just play outside.

We have a reeeeeeeeeeeally old weight lifting thing downstairs. <<; I only use the chest press thing (not a bench press...god, not a bench press XD) and the let pull-down. ^o^

I also do about 100 ab crunches a night as well as 15-20 push ups (OK, sometimes I don't do the push ups...XD). Sooooo, there you go! ^o^
