I need HELP!

Alright,here's the problem,whenever I open a folder or lets say,my Garbage bin,after i exit the alleged folder,my Toolbar along with my icons for my programs on my desktop disppear for a few seconds,and then reapear.
Anyone know whats going on?

It sounds like adware and spyware.
Adware and Spyware are malicious software
that shows you ads or spys on your activity.
To remove adware and spyware,
you can run a scanner.
I recommend these scanners:
Spybot: Search & Destroy (you can get it free from http://www.spybot.info)
Ad-aware SE Personal Edition (get it free from http://download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html?part=69274&subj=dlpage&tag=button)
Norton Internet Security 2005 (I think it's $80, get it from http://www.symantec.com)
and that's it.
Make sure if you get a scanner, to update it daily.
I'm sure you can figure out how to use the automatic updating :P

I use firefox,actually,and I use all of those scanners listed above,for some reason(I didn't do anything) it doesn't happen,but if i restart,It might happen. AVG is working,and suprisingly enough,I have a friggin' Virus....crap...

It doesn't matter if you use Firefox. Explorer is the taskbar, folder viewer, and all those icon stuff. When Explorer, not Internet Explorer, crashes, the taskbar, icons, etc disappear for a while until it restarts.
