Hey, I made a new Pokemon and I need your opinion, I tried to make it as Pokemonish as possible, if you don't guess by the picture, it is a Ghost/Ice Pokemon, it's called Impice.

Sprites

It is based on a Pokemon I did from boredom a while ago:

Impice Flash File

The sprite is from scratch, that's why it's not so good...

The second one looks way cooler! But maybe you should add one more ice crystal on the right end of his head.

Hm...the second one definitely seems to be better, yes.

The main thing I see with both of these sprites is that the dark areas on them could possibly use at least one more color to them - either another shade, or another highlight. With the way the sprites currently look, they're a bit flat...I had to look at them closely to see that they weren't just one flat block of dark color. ^_^;;

One thing I do like about these, though, is that you managed to make the ice crystals look like crystals. :)

Just keep practicing making scratch sprites, and you should get better and better with them. ^_^

You are right, I'll do that now.

Yeah, I actually used Mightyena's colours, so that may be why, I will try adding some more highlights.

Heh, thanks! :D

I debuted my new creation, Corcyro, last night. Check him out below and let me know what you think.
I think you should go away and stop advertising in other peoples threads. *Gives bad rep*

New Sprite, since it is a Ghost, I decided to make it Gengar's Colour:

For a scratch sprite you didn't do bad at all. I started playing around with him and kind of went in a completely different direction, so I don't know if you'll like these changes or not. Anywho, I edited the arms to look a little more "spooky" and thought that the ice would look better if it was on the "tail" with some ice chunks falling off for effect. Haha. Well, you're welcome to keep some or all of the changes if you wish. I hope you like it.

Sweet deal, my friend. The idea for an ice ghost is an awesome idea, so I wanted to work with it a little bit and see what happened. The only major critique of your originals I had was that the tail needed some work and that's when I got the idea to put the ice on the bottom. I might work on another tail for him later and I'll get back to you.
