By comics I refer to comic strips of all sorts, including newspaper comics and webcomics. Tell about your favorites, and explain WHY you like them.

My favorite comics:

Foxtrot - I love the quirky characters and geeky humor this comic has. Though, I feel that the comic has lost its appeal and has had some rather uninteresting plots in recent years.

Peanuts - Peanuts is a classic. It's got fun characters and interesting insights on life. Great stuff.

My favorite webcomics:

Perry Bible Fellowship - Awesomely absurd comics with a nice variance in humor and visual styles. Some of them are just hilarious.

Spamusement - I only recently found out about this site. Some of them are absolutely hilarious. Not always in concept only, but often the low-quality imagery leads to often inadvertent hilarity.

Chris and Trilby
- Awesome comic with hilariously quirky protagonists.

In the paper I tend to read Dilbert and Zitz... everything else I read sort of in passing, but I try to read those two everyday without fail. I also read Calvin & Hobbes, although it's no longer in papers. ;_; I have a few books of it; it's just awesome.

As for non-print comics... I follow the webcomic Namir Deiter on a daily basis.

:O Johnny the Homocidal Maniac and Squee were funny too, although I didn't even get to read the whole thing because the friend of mine who has it was getting paranoid that I'd ruin the comic. XD;

Some of mine:

Garfield-The king of fat cats is going strong, and shows no sign of slowing down!
Baby Blues-The frustrations and joys of being a family, as seen through the eyes of the MacPherson family...while Zoe, the eldest child; is my favorite, Wanda (the mom); and Darryl (the dad) get their share of the hilarity too.
Zits-a must read for any teen or college student!
The Saga of the Kagayou Theater

The First Sparkling Stage (Waku)
The Stage of Crystal (Paldea)/The Stage of Light (Kalos)/The Royal Stage (Galar)/The Stage of Victory (Talie)

When I was a kid I read lot of Calvin and Hobbes butI love Marvel comics by far though as my favorite. I read all of the Silver Age not too long ago of the Uncanny X-Men and am working on the new team with like (example:Wolverine Colossus and Storm). Umm I'm planning to read Wolverine comics when I come around to it so I bet they'll be my fav as well. I also like the 4-Strip Azumanga Daioh/Tenchi Muyo comics since they're pretty funny.

Fave Comic:

Definately Uncanny X-Men. Anything with Kurt is excellent. (Nightcrawler fan over here...) The Draco was excellent, especially since it revolved around Kurt. Origin was also very good. Made me love Wolverine even more. Poor guy.

Runaways: A fairly new Marvel comic, but still great. Quite funny too.

Fave Webcomics:

Inverloch - The art is beautiful and the characters are great.

Strings of Fate - A zodiac comic with the best art I've ever seen.
