Tool Advance Map Wild Encounter Editing

Hello,

Opened up Advance Map for the first time today to do some wild encounter editing on an Emerald Rom. I understand the process of changing what you run into and what level they can appear at under the "wild pokemon" tab but how can you tell the percentages of each mon? I may just be used to RPG Makers way of doing that but even after reading link12552's In Depth Advance Map Tutorial thread on here it seems you just can't tell? How can I decide encounter percentage of a Pokemon I bring into a route?

The percentages are 20,20,10,10,10,10,5,5,4,4,1,1 from top to bottom. They should've been labelled, and they are in Advance Map 1.95, but that's apparently quite buggy.

It is set out something like this:
Grass:
20%, 20%, 10% ,10%, 10%, 5%, 5%, 4%, 4%, 1%, 1% (from slots 1 to 12).

Water:
60%, 30%, 5%, 4%, 1% (from slots 1 to 5).

Tree (for Hoenn games, when using Rock Smash etc.):
60%, 30%, 5%, 4%, 1% (from slots 1 to 5).

Fishing Rod:
OLD ROD: 70%, 30% (slots 1 & 2).
GOOD ROD: 60%, 20%, 20% (slots 3 to 5).
SUPER ROD: 40%, 30%, 15%, 10%, 5% (from slots 6 to 10).
