Nope! I already had one of these before quarantine. I mean...everything is cheaper online. Stores need to make a profit so they typically add a mark-up to prices - and this is on top of VAT! - which online retailers (at least, good ones) will not add to the price. I've been buying everything online for years now. It's cheaper, more convenient, easier to compare prices, and generally more pleasant because I don't have to deal with other people.
I have definitely bought more, though. On top of the usual games I buy I've also bought an Xbox One S and spent £1000 on a new laptop and software/peripherals...but then, I'm working more, and I knew big one-off purchases were coming this year. Still gotta buy a new TV and some furniture...
Nope. I haven't spent any money online at all this year, even before the pandemic. I plan to keep it this way until the pandemic is over. I have no reason to buy anything right now. Especially since non essential items are getting delay shipping, what's the point in doing so? The only thing I'm gonna buy online anyway is a new phone, but not for awhile.
Damn lucky for you guys. Control is the name of the game. I need to find some tips on how to curb this unhealthy habit of adding things to cart too much.
