What does everyone else think of thsi game? To me, it's the best game ever made
It was hard to tell just how I felt
To not recognize myself
I started to fade away

And after all it won't take long to fall in love
Now I know what I don't want
I learned that with you

The saddest part of a broken heart
Isn't the ending so much as the start
The tragedy starts from the very first spark

Losing your mind for the sake of your heart
The saddest part of a broken heart
Isn't the ending so much as the start

It really wasn't as scary as RE2 was, but the gameplay is definetly better. Though, it can scare the jeepers out of you when playing at night and hearing 'coetho'

The gameplay blows any other RE game out of the water, but yeah, it wasn't as scary as the previous games. I still found it a lot more fun to play though. Good game, should definitely be a contender for Game of the Year.

It's not that bloody. The blood disappears after it hits the ground. If you want a gore filled game, get GoW for the PS2. It's short mind you

Although this game pwns the other REs, and even though the systems have been redone to give a new feel to it, I still prefer Resident Evil 3. However, I still enjoy this game nonetheless. Especially the battle in the boat vs. that giant monster and El Gigantes.

What'd you think about Krauser? He was sort of easy the second time, if you got the chicago typewriter after beating the mercenaries. Just the cutscene fight with him was hard

I think the real reason I like RE4... it's freaky as Hell! I mean... this game and Doom 3 are the two games that will scare me big time.

OMG! This game owns! The angles, weapons, not to mention you can carry more items and you don't have to walk around with some little roll of tape or I forgot what it was.

El Gigante plus the wolves and villagers were totally awesome! The best parts IMO were surely the beginning and the old castle.

RE 4 was a very nice break from the series and brought it back to life. This game flowed incredibly nice, and you don't have to watch the door move slowly open. However this game focused more on action than actual strategy. I missed the puzzels...yeah every one hated those, except me. RE 4 did however make the only playable and enjoyable escort mission. Overall this is a game you can't afford to miss.

why in the heck does everyone think this game will scare them? It wasn't scary at all, ask most people who own. Same with Doom 3, it was only fun to scare other people who get creeped out easily

Your right this game isn't the least bit scary. Maybe they could learn a few things from Silent Hill. This game was fun and thats what matters in the end...or at least in my opinion. Another thing to point out, just because its rated M doesn't mean it is a scary game...hey it could be rated F for fun but I don't think parents would approve of that.

Well, have you ever played the first Resident Evil game? There's this part early on where you're in this hallway with windows and all of a sudden, these dogs JUMP through the glass and attack you!!

And please don't get me started on Doom 3. If everything is 100% darkness and the only thing you have is a flashlight and you can't hold a weapon when a monster appears... now to me that's scary.

I guess I do get scared easily.

Please consider getting it for the Gamecube, yeah it's supposed to be "better" but I can't imagine the controls could be better on the PS2, they might even be worse. Like I said before I played it through 3 times or so and it never really wore off.

The games awesome! But, it's not even close from being as scary as Resident Evil 1 (GCN) (Crinsom Heads, Lisa Trevor, Chimera's) Very scary. I luv the name Las Plagas for the parastites that infect the villagers. Regentarators are scarry, thankfully, there's about 6-8 in the game.

I HATE the part that RE4 will be 4 [email protected] (Take of that ridiculos "ONly for" sign of u!) Resident Evill is BETTER in the GCN.

Yo Mario! I remember that hallway! A cerebus burst through the window! I neede to conserve ammo so I ran. There's aglitch there. If you come out the way where you find the map, the cerebus won't pop out. Take the other way, and BAM! You will get jumped. There's another type of glitch in the game to multiply grenade ammo. No idea how to use it.

Lisa Trevor is so far the scarriest thing I ever saw. (Shivers)

Hmmm... I don't play Resident Evil Games, but my big brother plays it. The Resident Evil games in the PS1 looks REALLY bloody and scary. But when I saw Resident Evil 4, it wasn't that bloody that much. Plus, the graphics looks great, but it doesn't look that scary. And the zombies, please...
Just came back, but it doesn't mean I'll be active.
