I'm currently testing a new team and I thought that I should post it here:

Kingdra (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 76 HP / 91 Def / 252 SAtk / 91 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rain Dance
- Dragonbreath
- Surf

Tank/Rain Dancer. Dragonbreathe is there to do some damage to water types, which it wouldn't be able to do damage to otherwise. A chance to paralyze is always cool and this attack comes with a nice STAB bonus, too. I know that Suicune is a much better tank, though I don't often put legendaries in my teams. -_-

Claydol @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 139 HP / 37 Atk / 143 Def / 171 SAtk / 20 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Beam
- Light Screen
- Explosion

I've seen people using this thing quite often recently, so I thought that I should give it a try, too. It works well so far.

Heracross (M) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Guts
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Megahorn
- Reversal
- Substitute
- Swords Dance

Salacross. I don't think I have to comment here too much.

Salamence (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 142 Atk / 252 Spd / 116 SAtk
Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Flying]

Mixed DDmence. Takes care of Forty and its friends. Lum berry is there to
protect it from a Spore or a Will-O-Wisp which could end the fun.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 220 HP / 71 Atk / 215 Def / 4 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rest
- Spikes
- Whirlwind

Spiker/Pseudo Hazer/Physical Wall

Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Fire Punch
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Taunt

OHKOs Skarmory, Taunts Blissey, stops Salacross. Overall a great sp.sweeper. Has 350 speed.

Ok, what do I need to change on this team? Any constructive comments are welcome.

I'm not too familiar with Kingdra, but it looks okay. Most people use Toxic over Dragonbreath, but I guess that could work. I just don't see why you would use Kingdra to beat other water types. It's not like it could out-stall Suicune.

Claydol @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 139 HP / 37 Atk / 143 Def / 171 SAtk / 20 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Beam
- Earthquake
- Explosion

Your team has a huge weakness to Tyranitar, especially the Dragon Dance kind. You need Earthquake over Light Screen

Heracross (M) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Guts
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Megahorn
- Reversal
- Substitute
- Swords Dance

Salacross. I don't think I have to comment here too much.
You have a glaring Tyranitar weakness yet you use a subrever? Please change thisi for the cber.

Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 142 Atk / 252 Spd / 116 SAtk
Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Flying]

Mixed DDmence. Takes care of Forty and its friends. Lum berry is there to
protect it from a Spore or a Will-O-Wisp which could end the fun.

Lum Berry? DDmence is a late-game sweeper, meaning he needs Leftovers to decrease his accumulative damage.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 220 HP / 71 Atk / 215 Def / 4 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rest
- Spikes
- Whirlwind

Spiker/Pseudo Hazer/Physical Wall

Okay. I've always preferred Drill Peck and Roar because a well-played Ingrain Smeargle will render Whirlwind just as useless against a Baton Pass team. There's really not much point in using Whirlwind. Granted it is hard to kill DDtar with Drill Peck, but it's almost impossible with HP Flying.

Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Fire Punch
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Taunt

OHKOs Skarmory, Taunts Blissey, stops Salacross. Overall a great sp.sweeper. Has 350 speed.

I prefer Chesire, but this thing might work.

Ok, what do I need to change on this team? Any constructive comments are welcome.
Basically, just find a Tyranitar counter. The easiest thing to do would be to give your Claydol Earthquake. Take care.

Ok, thanks for the advice. I shall use the choice banding heracross then. I gave cross Rock Slide, Brick Break, Megahorn and Sleep Talk. With Sleep Talk on the set, I gave Lefties to Salamence then.

Edit: I replaced Claydol with Donphan to counter boah and DDtar better:

Donphan (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 42 HP / 234 Atk / 234 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Rest
- Rapid Spin
- Rock Slide

heh when I used this, I realized it needed a second move, so I slapped Eq and some attack on it

Heracross (M) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Guts
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Megahorn
- Reversal

Salacross. I don't think I have to comment here too much.

T-Tar is too rampant, use CB or SD cross

Salamence (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 142 Atk / 252 Spd / 116 SAtk
Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Flying]

with those Evs you only have a 1/4 chance of OKHO'ing skarm, is it has 320 HP and no Evs in SpDef

Mixed DDmence. Takes care of Forty and its friends. Lum berry is there to
protect it from a Spore or a Will-O-Wisp which could end the fun.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers

- Taunt

OHKOs Skarmory, Taunts Blissey, stops Salacross. Overall a great sp.sweeper. Has 350 speed.

only needs either 330 or 339 or 300 speed

Ok, what do I need to change on this team? Any constructive comments are welcome.
Change in Heracross and to Donphan are good, but, nothing can stop:
Special Sweepers with Ice Beam or electric types.

Thanks for the suggestions. Well, electric types will be stopped by Donphan: it can take max 1 non-stabbed special attack like a HP Grass or a HP Ice, so it will OHKO after it took the hit. Sp.sweepers will be stopped by Heracross. Most Ice Beam users are water types and Blissey. A Brick Break or Megahorn will OHKO them. A Milotic or a Suicune might cause some problems, but I haven't met any of them yet with this team.

Edit: You were right. A Jolteon has just sweeped through the whole team. Donphan could have stopped it though. Too bad it got a ~75% damage on the switch. =/

I don't really understand how heracross can stop all special sweepers, since when he switches into a special attack it takes away anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 of his health. The donphan stopping electric types thing is iffy, since most people would switch out if donphan stopped the t-bolt, and predict and use HP the next time, =/

Well, cross can't stop all the sp.sweepers (Alakazam, Starmie, Gengar for example) but the rest of the team might stop those somehow. I switched Salamence to Flygon because Gengar can OHKO Skarm and Forty, Donphan has EQ and Skarm knows HP Flying.

Flygon (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Quick Attack
- Rock Slide

I know that Donphan already knows EQ and RS, and Heracross also knows Rock Slide and an even better bug-type move. The main reason is why I thought to use this, is that it knows Quick Attack, so it can stop Smeargle, Berry-users, Reversallers, etc. I switched a bit on Heracross's moveset and gave it HP Ghost instead of Rock Slide. If a physical dragon, Gyarados, Skarm or any other flying types switch in on Heracross, I switch to Donphan or Gengar and finish them.

Btw, the HP Electric using Kingdra was a great idea.

Salamence isn't a Skarmory counter anyway. 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP.

Ok, I made a few changes and I guess this should stop electric types and Ice Beam users: I maxed Kingdra's Sp.Def and it can take 4-5 special hits now. At least people don't send out cb-ers or something against it. They like to use Boltbeam instead to do damage. This should stop them easily.

I figured out that after switching Heracross into any predicted status effect, it will be able to OHKO stuff like Milotic, which would cause some problems.
I thought that Suicune might cause some problems as well, though seems like Taunting it is even more fun than Taunting Blissey.
I maxed Flygon's sp.attack because I realised that I would have some problems with Swampert. So I gave it HP Grass. I also gave it Crunch to OHKO Zam and ~2hko Starmie. I left Quick Attack and EQ on the set though.
So, this team should look like something like this right now:

Kingdra (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 6 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Ice Beam
- Rain Dance
- Surf

Donphan (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 42 HP / 234 Atk / 234 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Rest
- Rock Slide

Heracross (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Guts
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Megahorn
- Sleep Talk

Flygon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Crunch
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Quick Attack

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 220 HP / 71 Atk / 215 Def / 4 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rest
- Spikes
- Whirlwind

Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Fire Punch
- Psychic
- Taunt
- Thunderbolt
