Cool! I've got a question: does this hack use CFRU + DPE (Complete Fire Red Update and Dynamic Pokémon Expansion)?
Will this romhack feature all Pokemon, up to Gen 8, or just Gens 1-4?

Won't it be more sensical to follow Platinum's storyline instead of DP? Because DP feels incomplete storywise, and Platinum does a great job on tying those loose ends, not to mention the distortion world. Also, in Pt you get both Dialga and Palkia, which would mean that you don't have to put a script regarding who you can get.

The main idea is to copy Pokémon DP gameplay, but with enough feedback I don't mind editing some story elements so it feels as complete as Pokémon Platinum.About the Dialga/Palkia think I think I will actually do 2 releases (Diamond and Pearl), so I don't have to deal with that. You will be able to trade and battle between those versions (not with other hack roms!). Saves won't be complatible between Diamond/Pearl versions.
Distorsion World... That's something interesting, it would be added as a post-game element, but getting there will take a lot, so future me will deal with that.

A lot has improved since the first screenshots.
Thanks to some help we have better building tiles. I also replaced the emerald object events with ones that are FR style.
In the future I will update them to match the DP ones (with FR style/size), but in the meantime those will do.

Honestly, I hope tha this one would succeed. I saw another suc hack fail, but I like the idea of demaking future generations, especially wit how mature is GBA hacking.

Remaking interfaces is not a priority and change them will take a while. However, I just couldn't handle the emerald bag ui, so you get to see this one early.
