Yep, so the answer to you question is yes. Admin selections are random and very rare but when a member joins as a community site he or she becomes an Admin no matter what his or her previous position was. There’s a legitimate reason for this. I won't get into it right now, but there is.

No, mods are selected for their activity, behaviour, and knowledge in a forum. If we chose them randomly PC would have sunk to the bottom of the ocean by now. Oo
So you chose the current mods randomly?

"Mathematics, rightly viewed, possesses not only truth, but supreme beauty – a beauty cold and austere, like that of sculpture, without appeal to any part of our weaker nature, without the gorgeous trappings of paintings or music, yet sublimely pure and capable of a stern perfection such as only the greatest art can show."

Yeah, we just put names in a hat and pick them out at random.

Really, come off of it already. You know we don't picks mods like that, they're all voted by the higher staff until we have most of them saying yes to a mod.

Ok I'll lay it out for everyone.

Site Administrators: Site Admins are picked when they have a large Pokemon site and are willing to make PC their forum. Doing so they get promoted to Admin (even if they are just a normal member rank) for having PC their forum. They are not picked at random because if we did that we'll end up with some small freewebs Pokemon site. The site has to be large and be around long enough to be a PC Community Site.

Staff Administrators: Staff Admins are the same as Site Admins. But they worked their way from Mod, to S-Mod, to Praetor and then Staff Admin. Unlike Site Admins they can't go from member right up to Staff Admin. Every member got has the title "Staff Administrator" had to do a lot of work around PC to get that rank.

Moderators: We do not randomly promote Moderators (anyone that says we do doesn't know what they are talking about). If a member is good at lets say the art forum, and that member helps other members, and goes by the rules, and reports threads (well reporting doesn't really help, but it does show if you do know what you're reporting or not in there) and that kind of stuff. And if we need a Mod in there (that's a big key, we won't Mod someone if the forum doesn't need one), then that member might get Modded.

Vice presadent and pres's are chosen due to the vote of the people =D When they have the highest vote they are the presedent. Thats what the elections are about I think =3

Kinda like giving the whole site a chance to vote for something. I liked it but I wont enter again any time soon due to college ^_^
Yeah I'm back.. And this sig is a WiP inspired by nicola's old one.

OK

When was the last vote actually?

and a extra question, who is the owner from this forum?
The last vote took place the start of October.

And the owner/founder is "Master Kwesi Nkromah".

Both questions could have been found out with a little searching.

Wow, that's mature.
Go on, say another one, keep me entertained...

Honestly, give it a rest JA, you take shots at every single thing you can, it's quite pathetic really. I always saw you as a more mature member, but I guess that assumption was wrong. =/

Hehe, yes, I know. Making a joke, but I guess you were too serious to see it :P *throws penguins and runs away* XD

I thought that the Praetor group wasn't showing purely because there are currently none of them...

*looks at users viewing thread* o_O Andy's gone back to his girl account?
