Alright people, I'm new to these forums and am going to post the team that I have made so far. (Open to rates, comments, criticism, or whatever.)

Kei Kokoro - Alakazam
EV's: Max spatk, max spd, rest def
Item: ??
Timid: +sp att, - spd
Moves:
Fire Punch
Ice Punch
Psychic
Calm Mind (open to suggestions on a replacement for this one.)

I believe this is fairly standard.

Slaking
Ev's: Max Atk, Max Spd, rest spdef
Item: Lense Scope (critical % +)
Adamant: +atk, -sp atk
Moves:
Slash (+ Lense scope = High crit %)
Yawn
Hyper Beam (I know people say that this move sucks, but think about it. On slaking every move acts like Hyper beam with the 1 turn delay between moves)
Brick Break

I know he can use some improvements, I just don't know what to do though.

Heracross
Ev's: Max Atk, max spd, rest def.
Item: Quick Claw
Moves:
MegaHorn
Endure
Reversal
??? (deciding, open to suggestions)

I'm guessing this is another fairly standard pkmn.

Houndoom
Ev's: Max spatk, Max spd, rest def
Item: ??? (Not sure what to use)
Moves:
Sunny Day
Flamethrower
Solar Beam
HP Elec/Crunch (not sure which I wanna use yet)

Basic Sunny Beamer, I know.

Sceptile
Ev's: Max Spatk, Max spd, rest def
Item: ??? (not sure)
Moves:
Leaf Blade
Dragon Breath
Crunch
Thunder Punch

Not sure what to make of it, but sceptile is my fav grass pkmn.

Dusclops
Ev's: Max hp, Split the rest between def and spdef
Item: Chesto Berry (that's the sleep one right?)
Moves:
Toxic
Confuse Ray
Rest
Protect

Survivable toxic-confuser.

Alright then, if anyone can give their opinions of this team whether it be mean, nice, suggestions, whatever. I'm curious to hear what people have to say. I thank you all of you who read this for taking the time to do so.

Kei Kokoro - Alakazam
EV's: [b]252 Sp.atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP (Zam doesn't need Def, phyical kills him.)
Item: ??
Timid: + Speed, - Attack (This is Timid, use it.)
Moves:
Fire Punch
Ice Punch
T-punch
Calm Mind

I believe this is fairly standard.

Slaking
Ev's: 252 Attack, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Item: [b]Leftovers (Hax items are gay, and Scope Lens is a hax item.)
Adamant: +atk, -sp atk
Moves:
Double-Edge
Earthquake

Hyper Beam (I know people say that this move sucks, but think about it. On slaking every move acts like Hyper beam with the 1 turn delay between moves)
Brick Break

I know he can use some improvements, I just don't know what to do though.

Heracross
Ev's: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Item: Salac Berry/CB

Moves:
MegaHorn
Sub/RS
Reversal/FP
EQ

Moves depend on if you Substitute, and Reversal, or you CB, there is also SD Cross.

I'm guessing this is another fairly standard pkmn.

Houndoom
Ev's: Don't remember the spread for Sunnybeamer Houndoom.
Item: Lefties
Moves:
Sunny Day
Flamethrower
Solar Beam
Crunch Use Crunch.

Basic Sunny Beamer, I know.

Sceptile
Ev's: 252 Sp.atk, 252 Speed, 252 HP
Item: Petaya Berry
Moves:
Leaf Blade

Not sure what to make of it, but sceptile is my fav grass pkmn.

Survivable toxic-confuser.

You had a bunch of mistakes. Hope this helps!

I believe this is fairly standard.

k.

Slaking
Ev's: Max Atk, Max Spd, rest spdef
Item: Choice Band/Leftovers
Adamant: +atk, -sp atk
Moves:
Return
Shadow Ball
Hyper Beam (I know people say that this move sucks, but think about it. On slaking every move acts like Hyper beam with the 1 turn delay between moves)/Earthquake
Brick Break/Focus Punch

I know he can use some improvements, I just don't know what to do though.

Yes, most good players know that HAIPAR BEEM is somewhat acceptable on Slaking. Consider letting Return do the work though, so you can switch out the next turn, and have slaking come back in for another go. Slash + Scope Lens = good thought, but phails. Yawn also phails. Focus Punch is generally better than Brick Break, as you should know how to predict a switch with slaking well enough to use it.

Heracross
Ev's: Max Atk, max spd, rest def.
Item: Salac Berry
Moves:
MegaHorn
Endure
Reversal
Swords Dance/Rock Slide

I'm guessing this is another fairly standard pkmn.

OMG QUICK CLAW PHAILS. Dont ever use that lame item ever again in j00r life. Salac berry is standard on Endure Reversalers/Flailers. Use Jolly Nature

Houndoom
Ev's: Max spatk, Max spd, rest def
Item: Petaya Berry/Leftovers
Moves:
Sunny Day
Flamethrower
Solar Beam
HP Elec/Crunch (not sure which I wanna use yet)

Basic Sunny Beamer, I know.

Crunch is better for STAB

Sceptile
Ev's: Max Spatk, Max spd, rest def
Item: Petaya Berry/Leftovers)
Moves:
Leaf Blade
HP Ice/Dragon Claw
Crunch
Thunder Punch

Not sure what to make of it, but sceptile is my fav grass pkmn.

HP Ice>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Dragon Claw >>>>>>>> Dragonbreath

Dusclops
Ev's: Max hp, Split the rest between def and spdef
Item: Leftovers
Moves:
Will-O-Wisp
Confuse Ray/Shadow Ball
Pain Split
Seismic TossProtect

Survivable toxic-confuser.

Chesto Resting isnt as good as leftovers in most cases. Shadow Ball to OHKO Alakazam. Seismic Toss should be an almost automatic choice for doing consistant damage

Use File -> Export to text next time in team posting, tis alot easier. This team is very Weak to Skarmbliss. Instead of using mostly sweepers, try a team consisting of a Mixture of sweepers, utilites, and tanks/walls/sponges.
