But then the problem rises again, if blaze kick was Fire+Fighting and Fire Punch, ice punch and thunderpunch could be fire/ice/electric+fighting, then would they affect ghost types? This is because fighting moves don't affect ghosts but fire/electric/ice do, and it wouldn't be fair.

And that Ladies and Gentlemen is why we don't do dual type moves.

Although like with the dual types, I'd go with the prominent type with the dual moves.

Like say, Venusaur, it's a Grass/Poison, but the Grass traits stick out more, so hence my thoughts of it being Grass. Same here.

But yeah, some moves would be nice for a side effect/type. It works for the card game at times. I'm not saying a lot but a sparse sampling would be nice to test.

To get back on topic ish, Reflect should be more than a wall, it should be Counter given the connotations of the mirror effect.

Exactly, it should be like Mirror Coat, one move fits all. And then be like Overheat, gets weaker as it's continually used.

But anyway, getting ahead of myself. What about the Fly moves as you're diving in and attacking with your arms/claws/tentacles anyway? Might as well be two for one with Fighting/Normal as the other type.

Oh well.
