OOC: Ehh...Liechi Berry increases Attack you know, it wouldn't do anything for a special sweeper. -.- The one you were aiming for is Petaya I believe.
Anyways, let's see what we can do with the rest of this team...

Pichu (F) @ Liechi Berry Petaya Berry/Salac Berry ** God of Thunder
Trait: Static
EVs: 14 HP / 252 Spd / 244 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Substitute
- Surf
- Thunderbolt
No comment. Except for this; take away that Liechi and give it something it can use instead. Try Salac or Petaya.
Azurill (M) @ Leftovers ** Big Blue
Trait: Thick Fat Huge Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Encore
- Iron Tail Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Return/Body Slam/Focus Punch
- Substitute
Meh, I despise Iron Tail...it's far too inaccurate for any serious battles really. You're better of with Hidden Power to counter ghost types. Return is okay I suppose, although the paralysis benefit from Body Slam should not be underestimated. You might also consider Focus Punch (always a nifty source of damage), especially since you've got both Encore and Substitute with which to prevent your opponent from disrupting it. Also, the EVs could use some alteration, I'd suggest raising the HP to the highest number divisible by 16 which you can get to maximize HP recovery from Leftovers. And for the love of all that is good and holy, give it Huge Power for a trait, Azurill really needs all the power it can get.
Magby (M) @ Salac Berry ** Trogdor
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 120 Atk / 248 Spd / 142 SAtk
Mild Nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Cross Chop/Focus Punch
- Endure/Substitute
- Fire Blast Flamethrower
- Thunderpunch
Meh, enduring can work I suppose, although Substitute tends to be more reliable imo. Anyway, this set can work as it is, although Substitute/Focus Punch makes for an optional combo. Also, I'd suggest giving it Flamethrower instead of Fire Blast. Because with its low PP, Fire Blast can be exhausted very fast, especially by Dusclopses and their 'Pressure' trait.
Cleffa (F) @ Leftovers ** Hulk Smash
Trait: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Belly Drum Shadow Ball
- Return
- Softboiled
- Thunder Wave
This one is just begging for a Ghost or Steel type switch in, plus, Cleffa is liable to get KOed right after Belly Druming, I'd say go with Shadow Ball instead for better type coverage.
Igglybuff (F) @ Leftovers ** Teh Pwnzorz
Trait: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 6 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Reflect
- Solar Beam Flamethrower
- Sunny Day Psychic/Faint Attack
- Thunder Wave
Meh, Solarbeam for an only offensive move? Your making it far too tempting to switch in pokémon like Salamence (Although a decent mence would probably beat this team anyway unless you're playing with level balance), and you've got neither STAB nor Chlorophyll bonus to help you out, which is kind of weak. Also, you might want to consider increasing its defenses a bit. Again, make sure that the HP is a number divisible by 16.
Elekid (M) @ Leftovers ** Da A-Bomb
Trait: Static
EVs: 224 Atk / 252 Spd / 34 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Focus Punch/Light Screen
- Ice Punch
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt
Eh, if it's going to Subpunch then all that speed might not be necessary. o.O Try giving it Quiet (+Sp.Attack, -Speed) or Brave (+Attack, -Speed) nature and placing more EVs in Sp.Attack, maybe some in HP too to obtain that ever-useful divisible by 16 value. As moves go, it seems fair enough to me. Although optionally you can remove Focus Punch and give it Light Screen instead, keeping the Modest nature and moving the EVs from Attack to Sp.Attack and HP.

Overall, this team is severely lacking in walling potential and is liable to get overrun by practically every opponent unless you play with level balance. Although of course, it's not like baby pokémon are really the most suited ones for walling. Meh, it's a decent enough team overall.
