Ninjask (leftovers)
Ability: Speed Boost
Nature: Hasty
- Substitute
- Protect
- Sword dance
- Baton pass
IF this is on NB, just go t your team builder click File -> Export to text. You'll want to avoid natures that lower you defenses fore most things at all costs so use Jolly Nature. Silver Wind > Protect.
Ninjask (leftovers)
Ability: Speed Boost
Nature: Hasty
- Substitute
- Protect
- Double team
- Baton pass
Double Team sucks and two Ninjasks are redundant
Alakazam (scope lens)
Ability: Synchronize
Nature: Hasty
- Fire punch
- Ice punch
- Thunder punch
- Psychic
USe Timid or Modest NAture. Lum Berry/Leftovers > Scope Lens. Throw a Calm Mind in somewhere
Cradily (leftovers)
Ability: Suction cups
Nature: Calm
- Toxic
- Engrain
- Protect
- Recover
You'll want Rest over Recover and Amnesia or Barrier over PRotect.
Snorlax (Silk scarf)
Nature: Impish
- Double edge
- Brick break
- Curse
- rest
Silk Scarf sucks. USe Leftovers. On this set you'll need Return or Body Slam. Double-Edge is for Sleep Talk. Shadow Ball or Earthquake over Brick Break. Go Careful Nature
Rhyhorn (Silk scarf)
Ability: Lightning Rod
Nature: Jolly
- Megahorn
- Rockslide
- Brick break
- Facade
Once again use leftovers. Use Swords Dance or Substitute over Facade and give it Earthquake over Brick Break.

PHysical Sweepers completely rape this team, and Skarmory and Weezing wall it worse than Blissey walls a Special Attacking Sneasel. Trade a Ninjask for Skarmory and Cradily for something like Salamence or Gyarados.
