Really really bad.
First of all, you should learn never to give a Pokemon two attacking moves of the same type (except in very rare circumstances, which don’t apply to this team). That means choose either Surf OR Hydro Pump, not Surf AND Hydro Pump. Fire Blast OR Flamethrower, not Fire Blast AND Flamethrower. You get the point?

Also, never use any HM moves on your main Pokemon except for Surf. All the other moves suck. Give them to a Pokemon that you don’t want to raise, like Zigzagoon or Spheal if you need to get around the game.

Never EVER use Hyper Beam. That loss of turn after the move means that the enemy will either kill you, stat boost and then kill you, or switch to a stronger Pokemon and kill you.

Finally, when making a team, you should think about what your team is weak against. 3 of your Pokemon are weak to Water and 2 are weak to Ice. Water types usually carry both Water AND Ice attacks, which means one Water Pokemon can defeat 5/6 of your team. Not good. And even more, each of your Pokemon are weak to Ground or Rock attacks. Those two usually go together as well.

The only good attack here is Earthquake. All the others are bad choices for Tyranitar. Dragon Dance Tyranitar is a good moveset, so use that. The last moves can vary. Taunt and Sub prevents status when you Dragon Dance, Ice Beam hits Flygon who resists your other two attacks, and Thunderbolt hits Skarmory who is also hard to take down with its other moves.

Rayquaza
Rock Slide/Thunderbolt
Dragon Dance/Crunch
Aerial Ace/Dragon Claw
Earthquake/Fire Blast

Rayquaza has a ton of options. You use a Dragon Dance version like Tyranitar above (with Aerial Ace + Earthquake on the left column). You can use special attacks (Dragon Claw + Fire Blast + other special attacks on the right column). The one move you don’t want to use is Fly.

Magmar
Flamethrower
Thunderpunch
Cross Chop
Confuse Ray/Sunny Day/Barrier

Magmar can’t even learn Will-o-Wisp…anyways, Thunderpunch gives you a chance against Waters. Cross Chop is supereffective against special walls like Blissey. The last move can vary depending on what you want, but there are risks involved. Confuse Ray can work, but Magmar doesn’t not have the defenses to sit around with stall moves. Sunny Day cuts that Water weakness but it’s still weak against Rock/Ground. Barrier helps against Rock/Ground but does nothing against Water.

Lapras
Surf
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Confuse Ray

Lapras is the only Pokemon on your team that resists both Water and Ice. Give it Thunderbolt so it can actually defeat other Waters. Like I said, Hyper Beam sucks so replace it with something else, maybe Confuse Ray.

Sudowoodo
Rock Slide
Explosion
Earthquake
Counter/Focus Punch

Sudowoodo is a cool Pokemon, but it’s not as good as other Rock types. Seriously, you already have Tyranitar so there’s no need for Sudo. If you want to keep it use the moves above, but you should replace it with a better Pokemon. Something that resists Special attacks. Possibly Snorlax, Blissey, or Regice.

Dragonite
Ice Beam
Thunder/Thunderbolt
Aerial Ace
Earthquake

No HM moves or Hyper Beam. That means you have 3 moves to replace. But why are you using Dragonite when you already have the stronger Rayquaza? You’re just doubling your Ice weakness. You need something to resist physical attacks, since you have a big Ground/Rock weakness. Good choices for this team are Skarmory, Weezing, or Donphan.

But the chances of getting a 70 base power HP Rock in game is nil. Same for all Hidden Powers.
Rock Slide is at least easy to obtain (heck it's Ttar's level up moves).

In-game DDed Rock Slides own even more IMO. Personally I just think Rock Slide is better than HP Rock, although my knowledge of the statistical difference sorta contradict that statement. =/

Some people just have bad luck and can’t get Rock Slide to hit when they most need it. But in game, Hidden Power really isn’t worth it unless you have no life. I mean, that’s hundreds of hours just to get 10 more base power or 10% more accuracy.

I would have one one time if RS would have hit. The flinch chance isn't worth it. With 2+ DDs with T-tar 5% more power won't even mean that much.:\
