Some of the Pokemon you’re using are good. A couple could use replacing. I’ll rate them as if they were fully evolved.
Yeah, I use an emulator when I want to play the games again without restarting on the cartridge.

Swampert @Leftovers
Earthquake
Surf
Ice Beam/Rest
Curse/Rock Slide/Protect

Curse, unfortunately, requires you to breed and Rock Slide is only available as a move tutor from FR/LG/E. Sometimes you have to put in extra time and effort to get really good Pokemon, but if you don’t want to, then Protect as your last resort.

Camerupt @Leftovers
Flamethrower/Fire Blast
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Explosion/Return

Omg, Exploding camel! Return if you can’t get boom.

Crobat @Choice Band
Aerial Ace
Sludge Bomb
Shadow Ball
Steel Wing

Crobat is a pretty cool Pokemon. I think it works best as a Choice Bander.

Latios @Soul Dew/Leftovers
Dragon Claw
Recover
Calm Mind
Safeguard/Thunderbolt

Latios is a great Pokemon, although it’s considered cheap due to its Legendary status. Please give it Soul Dew for best results, although Leftovers will still work.

Cacturne @Lum Berry/Leftovers/Quick Claw
Focus Punch
Leech Seed/Spikes
Giga Drain
Substitute

Cacturne is a pretty poor Grass type, so please replace it. Better choices would be Ludicolo, Breloom, Cradily, Venusaur, Exeggutor, and Sceptile (assuming that you can trade Pokemon from other games).

Linoone @Choice Band
Return
Shadow Ball
Iron Tail
Trick
Linoone you shouldn’t use other than to give all your HMs to. Seriously, replace it with a special wall since most of your Pokemon have a weakness to Water or Ice. Blissey is a good choice, so is Regice, and Snorlax if you can trade it.

Or for Random nub/in-game Bellysweeping, or for random Earthquake TMs, or random Focus Punch TMs. That's about it though.

Oh yeah, Pick-Up. Yeah, Linoone's good for that too. Not a reliable fighter though.

thanx, how can u pick up tm's with linoon?

also yes i can trade with other versions...found out how today and now my team is

marshstomp
crobat
torchic
treeko
beldum
bagon

i got all the starters (still lvl 8 though) and also 2 othe low level kick butt pkm...atleast i think so...can u let me know if it is a good combo?

and i tend to usually give the pkm moves the learn and rarly use tm/hm's so i end up with like 3 ground moves and 1 normal or sumtin like that...vice versa, 3fire with 1 fight...is this a bad idea because i see u gave me a good set of pkm and moves which they were all differnt, and is it good to give them moves like protect or is it better to keep it all moves that hit the foe? idk any of this stuff because i just started playing pkm for the first time...

thanx in advance

I didn't understand most of those last parts, and don't have time to interpret it, but Pokemon with the ability "Pick Up" randomly pick up items as you walk. To pick up Earthquake TMs, however, Linoone must be at level 100, and even then, the chances of finding one aren't too high.

Well, after walking or battling for a while, check your Linoone. If it has an item attached to it and you didn’t give it one, that means it Picked it up. Take the item off then walk and battle some more and it will Pick Up even more items.

and i tend to usually give the pkm moves the learn and rarly use tm/hm's so i end up with like 3 ground moves and 1 normal or sumtin like that...vice versa, 3fire with 1 fight...is this a bad idea

Yes, it’s a very bad idea. For instance, let’s say that you have a Starmie with 4 Water attacks. OH MY GOD, here comes a Venusaur. What can you do to it? Nothing, because Venusaur resists all your attacks! But if you give it Ice Beam, it will be supereffective against Venusaur and other Grass Pokemon.
You see, its important to give Pokemon a variety of attacks so they can handle Pokemon they normally can’t handle. That’s why you should use TMs, bred-on moves, and move tutors.

and is it good to give them moves like protect or is it better to keep it all moves that hit the foe?

That depends on the Pokemon and you have to look at their stats. Some Pokemon have good Attack/Special Attack but bad Defense/Special Defense (like Dugtrio and Sneasel) These Pokemon are better with all damaging attacks.
On the other hand, some have very good Defense/Special Defense but their attacks are low (like Umbreon and Dusclops). These Pokemon should have mostly status or support moves like Will-o-wisp or Wish.
Of course, there are a ton of different Pokemon out there and each works well in a different way. For further info, check out the Pokedex of Smogon, which gives you helpful info and strategies: http://www.smogon.com/advance/pokemon

Well, Mew can do just about anything with all those attacks it can learn. I’ll present you with the special and physical attacking versions:

Special Mew
Psychic
Thunderbolt/Ice Beam
Calm Mind
Softboiled

This is pretty simple. Calm Mind, Softboiled if you’re low on health, and then special sweep.

Physical Mew
Shadow Ball
Brick Break/Earthquake
Swords Dance
Softboiled/Explosion

Same principle as above, except you’re attacking physically and can still recover if necessary. If you feel like doing some massive damage when Mew is low on health, you can always explode.

I’m assuming you have a normal Deoxys. Deoxys is more limited because it has bad defenses. So the only real thing it can do is attack.

Deoxys @White Herb
Psycho Boost
Superpower
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam

This Deoxys can handle just about any Pokemon with its variety of attacks. White Herb is important. Both Psycho Boost and Superpower decrease your stats after you use them. White Herb ensures that you can use these attacks one more time.

Deoxys @Choice Band
Superpower
Shadow Ball
Psycho Boost
Thunderbolt

This is CB Deoxys. Sort of like the first one, but CB increases your Attack well over 600. The downside is that you have to keep switching in and out since you can only use one move at a time with CB.

Overall, there is no need to use both Mew and Deoxys on the same team. While Deoxys can hit harder, Mew can last longer and that will benefit you in the long run.

********
If you’re looking for a good team, then you must know that it’s not just about how many legendaries you have or how hard you can hit the opponent. It’s also about how you can defend yourself from the opponent. Pokemon like Umbreon and Dusclops can’t attack well, but they’re great at defending. And while they’re defending, they can do things that benefit your team. For instance, Umbreon’s Wish can heal other members of your team. And Dusclops can wear down the opponent with status moves, making it easier for your other Pokemon to win.
Think about defense for a while and try to find other Pokemon that have good Defense or Special Defense, or both.

I should have told you this before hand:

-You should learn never to give a Pokemon two attacking moves of the same type (except in very rare circumstances, which don’t apply to this team). That means choose either Thunder OR Thunderbolt, not Thunder AND Thunderbolt.

-Don’t use OHKO moves. A good trainer uses his skill and doesn’t rely on luck to pull him through.

Turn Crobat into a high-speed physical sweeper complete with a CB.

kyogre (ice beam, surf, Thunder, Calm Mind) @Leftovers
Kyogre rocks with this set. Thunder always hits in the rain and lets it take care of other Water Pokemon.

salamance (dragon claw, flamethrower, crunch, Hydro Pump/Aerial Ace) dragon fang
I see you want to use the special-attacking variant. What you should have done is breed for Hydro Pump because Salamence’s special attacks are limited. But if you still want to keep this Mence, just replace Steel Wing with Aerial Ace. It will do more damage in the long run.

raichu (thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Substitute, Focus Punch) @Leftovers
Light Ball only works on Pikachu, not Raichu. Just use another Leftovers. Give it the SubPunch combo – Use Substitute and if the enemy doesn’t attack or your sub still survives, use Focus Punch for a heavy dose of fighting damage. This is particularly effective against Rock/Ground types that you couldn’t normally handle.

groudon (Earthquake, Rock Slide, Swords Dance/Bulk Up, Fire Blast) leftovers
This entire moveset needs work. I already told you about OHKO moves. You also shouldn’t use Eruption or Water Spout because those require max HP to work well. While in-game you have access to healing items, if you’re battling in the Battle Tower or link-cable you’ll have a hard time keeping your HP that high for any long period of time. Just like Kyogre can boost its stats, Groudon can also do that. Swords Dance is best, but Bulk Up is good too

WOW!!! i just got celebi, and jirachi!!! omfg took me forever...i am happy know...i got every single pokemon!!!
Well good for you, that’s quite an accomplishment :)
