don't forget that Return and Double-Edge work more in your favor over Hyper Beam, although this is the only pokemon on which that move is valid. Since this is in-game, Focus Punch might not be needed since there's no excessive switching, so maybe Brick Break. Try Choice Band when you get the chance.

Starmie (petaya berry)
Surf
ice beam
rapid spin
recover
Leftovers. This Starmie set is more for getting rid of Spikes, and if it's going to do that, it's going to need to heal periodically before and after attacks to prevent getting knocked out by spikes on the switch.

Gengar (salac berry)
Thunderbolt
Destiny bond/Explosion
Ice Punch
giga drain

Weezing (leftovers)
haze
Pain Split
will-o-wisp/Flamethrower
sludge bomb/Flamethrower

looks more like that

Cradily (leftovers)
Amnesia
barrier
toxic
rest

lol. I remember my first battles I ever won on NB was with this. I'll bet you annoy your friends all the time with this ;). I dont recommend this set, but I don't know much else about Cradily =/

Thanks!
Doesn't take common Special hits all to well IMO. I'm too tired to really see anything else atm.

That cradily owned so many trainers on Netbattle!! These brazilian guys swore and swore and swore until they forfeit from toxication, i guess they just sucked? Gengar needs psychic, or at least someone does...

Well, it’s common knowledge that Brazilians suck at Netbattle. I know its bad to stereotype, but most of them do suck. Try owning an experienced player with your Cradily. It won’t work. They’ll just use Substitute, Rest, Taunt, or switch to a Steel or Poison type.

A general rule of thumb is that you shouldn’t use annoyers at all. Even if they do work, there is always a better way than relying on status moves as your only form of damage. A better Cradily set would be this:

Cradily @Leftovers
Barrier
Rock Slide
Recover
Mirror Coat

Barrier up and they’ll be forced to use special attacks. Cradily’s Sp. Defense is already very good and you can give them a surprise Mirror Coat in the face. Recover away any damage and Rock Slide for general attacking purposes.

No, it doesn’t. Gengar has such a variety of great moves that Psychic just isn’t much of an option. Ice Punch and Thunderbolt already cover every type out there and Gengar has better options for its other moves like Substitute, Hypnosis, Explosion, Focus Punch, Will-o-wisp etc.
If you want to use Psychic, get a Psychic-type special sweeper like Alakazam. Psychic is only really effective with STAB.

aight thanks I was thinking of a sceptile instead of slaking (leaf blade, leech seed, substitute and focus punch to murdur blissey) and umbreon instead of cradily (baton pass, mean look, toxic, confuse ray)

Focus Punch on Sceptile can work, but you’ll need A LOT of Attack EVs in order to damage Blissey significantly and that takes away from the EVs you’ll be able to invest in Speed and Sp. Attack (which are more important stats). Besides, Leech Seed already screws up Blissey as there’s nothing she can do to Sceptile when it’s behind a Sub. Give it Hidden Power Fire for Skarmory and Celebi, or Endeavor, which totally screws up most Pokemon especially ones that are hard to take down like Snorlax.

Don’t put both Confuse Ray and Toxic on Umbreon because then you’ll be turning it into an annoyer and like I said, annoyers just shouldn’t be used. Give it Wish over Confuse Ray and maybe another support move over Toxic. Charm works well, so does Taunt but you’ll have to invest plenty of speed for Tauntbreon.

You also dont want to give it Toxic or C. Ray because then I'll be angry. And you won't like me when I'm angry...

Then use Regice or Snorlax. Seriously though, use Snorlax because if you replace Slaking with Sceptile, then you won’t have a physical attacker (Weezing doesn’t count).

I guess good for in-game. NB sets need HP Grass but in-game you can't get it. Please spell Jolteon correctly though.

Slaking (leftovers)
hyper beam
earthquake
shadow ball
focus punch

good. I would suggest something else over FP but I don't know what yet.
And DON'T use a CB it hurts you if you need a different attack.

Starmie (petaya berry)
Surf
ice beam
rapid spin
recover

what is petaya for? Don't use these berries without Endure.
Try Leftovers in its place.

Gengar (salac berry)
Psychic
Destiny bond T/Bolt
confuse ray I/Punch
giga drain Shadow Ball

Again with the boost berries. Drop it for Leftovers.

Weezing (leftovers)
haze
flamethrower
will-o-wisp
sludge bomb

Needs Pain Split somewhere.

Cradily (leftovers)
Amnesia
barrier
toxic
rest

Annoyer Cradily. If you want an annoyer use C Ray over Amnesia.
Though the idea of Barrier/Mirror Coat combo will probably work better.

Thanks!
In-game teams are difficult to rate because of no HP but pretty good actually.
Cradily needs Amnesia because you lack a defense against such things as e4 Espy, Alakazam, etc.

Rofl. Im quite sure it hurts the opposition more once you hit them. Besides, us skilled battlers use something called prediction with CB.

Gengar doesn't need shadow Ball btw.

Slaking should only be used with CB. It’s a hit-and-run Pokemon. It’s not going to stay in while Traunt is in effect.

But he’s replacing Slaking with Sceptile anyways.

Earthquake is good but I like Shadowball a lot better, probably just because I'm paranoid of Gengars.

A chick known as EspeonTrainerApril on NB for one, and she isn't one of my apprentices.
If you don't know her that's because she is on Smogon.
I have gotten away from Espeon on my main team but many people still use it. I am going to use it on a new project though.

Shadow Ball > EQ BTW.

It depends on the team. If you have a gengar weak, go Shadow ball. Nothing to fear from Gengar? Use EQ to deal with Metagross.

Yes, a Snorlax without STAB is a sad Snorlax.
