Tory, is this for Netbattle or in-game? Because in Netbattle you should use File*Export to Text to make everything neater.
You don’t need to tell us the types of every move because we already know what types they are.
Also, you don’t need to tell us their stats. Instead, tell us the EVs you used for them (if you EV-trained them)

And here’s the big one: Never use One-hit KO moves like Sheer Cold. You’re just wasting time waiting for those attacks to hit when you have far better options. Besides, each time those moves miss means that your opponent will have another chance to kill you.

You gave Rayquaza Choice Band but you should know that Choice Band only increases Physical attacks, not Special. So give Rayquaza a bunch of physical moves like Earthquake and Rock Slide. I know that this is an Ice-based team so I’ll allow you to keep Ice Beam.

Ability: Clear Body
Lv.100 HP: 291 SP.ATK: 223 ATTACK:103
SP.DEF:420 DEFENSE:256 SPEED: 133
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Rest
Thunder Wave/Counter

Regice does not need Amnesia since its Sp. Defense is already huge. Curse Regice is interesting, but if you explode it you’ll lose your only Special wall, which is bad. Instead go with Rest so that it will last for a long time. Counter also works for a surprise

Lv.100 HP: 303 SP.ATK: 242 ATTACK:214
SP.DEF:319 DEFENSE:214 SPEED: 218

Reflect
Rest
Sleep Talk

Again, never use One-hit KO moves like Sheer Cold. Again, you could use Rest since its helps Pokemon with good defenses to survive longer. For your last move, you can always use Sleep Talk. It’s pretty awesome to be able to attack while you sleep.

Tundrea(f)@leftovers, Gentle: SP.DEF+, DEF-
Ability:Thick Fat
Lv.100 HP: 320 SP.ATK: 246 ATTACK:200
SP.DEF:231 DEFENSE:243 SPEED: 201
Ice Beam
Curse
Earthquake
Surf/Rest

Ice Ball sucks. You have to build it up for several turns before its any where near as strong as Ice Beam or Blizzard. Those two should be the only Ice attacks you use. Waterfall is also pretty bad because Surf is much better. Though Walrein doesn’t even need Surf since you have Kyogre as your Water Pokemon. Body Slam is nice, but I like Earthquake to take on Electrics.

Ginx(f)@White Herb, Gentle: SP.ATK+, DEF-
Ability:Oblivious
Lv.100 HP: 360 SP.ATK: 314 ATTACK: 266
SP.DEF:249 DEFENSE:132 SPEED: 201
Ice Beam
Lovely Kiss
Psychic
Calm Mind

It’s spelled Jynx, not Ginx. Also this entire moveset needs adjusting. Ice Punch is inferior to Ice Beam. Jynx’s attack is too low to use Body Slam. Perish Song won’t work well without Mean Look or Protect. Also, your Jynx is incredibly slow and that’s bad because Speed is very important for her.
Anyways, Lovely Kiss is one of Jynx’s most important moves. Psychic takes advantage of its other type and Calm Mind can work to boost both Special moves.

Prince [email protected] Band, Gentle: SP.ATK+, DEF-
Ability: Drizzle
Lv.100 HP: 345 SP.ATK: 330 ATTACK: 242
SP.DEF:345 DEFENSE:208 SPEED: 198
Hydro Pump
Calm Mind
Thunder
Ice Beam

Don’t use two attacking moves of the same type on one Pokemon! Also Water Spout is a bad move since Kyogre must be at full health for it to work with maximum power. Do put Thunder on it because Thunder is 100% accurate in the rain. And Ice Beam is for your Ice attack.

That won’t happen if you give Leftovers to all your Rest Pokemon. Leftovers is essential because it’s the only way they’ll be able to heal HP when sleeping.

Another problem is that you have not EV-trained your Pokemon. EVs are VERY important as they help boost a Pokemon’s certain stat. So if your Pokemon faint too easily, it’s because they don’t have enough defensive EVs. And if you don’t know what EVs are, search for guides on the internet to learn about them.
The problem is that in order to properly EV train, you have to start all over again and train new Pokemon, which will take long time to get to Lv. 100.

A third problem is that you only have Ice Pokemon, and you can't use Kyogre and Rayquaza in the Battle Frontier. A good team needs a variety of types like Ground, Electric, Steel etc. Otherwise you will get killed by the same attacks.

Whats a EV? I don't understand the boost status part.

I have an AR System to cheat it to Lv.100 so it will not take a long time, just 10-15 minutes, agan, whats a EV?

I’ll give you links to 2 EV guides so you should read up on them:
http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-rs/ev.shtml
http://www.psypokes.com/lab/evguide.php

Meh, you just shouldn’t cheat in the game since it takes the fun out of everything. But since cheating is the only way to get those Pokemon again, I’m not stopping you from doing it.
