I had my first official rate post set for you, full of suggestions and everything, but when I tried to copy it, I ended up deleting it. Oh well, Ice demon's suggestions were almost right on with what I was going to post anyway. I agree that Sharpedo needs to go. You really need a Water-type that can take a hit or two. I am also not a fan of Manectric, but that is me. Maybe Magneton would be better. Maybe not.

Stay away from Hidden Powers, Ice Demon. This is in-game, so its virtually impossible to get perfect HPs.

Anyways, Ice Demon gave you some nice standard sets. I’ll provide some similar sets and go on to explain why those moves are good, but first, let me set some rules you should always follow:

First of all, you should learn never to give a Pokemon two attacking moves of the same type. Your Sceptile has both Giga Drain and Leaf Blade, and that’s a no-no.

Stay away from chance items. What I mean is items like Scope Lens and Quick Claw. These items only have a small chance of working and you’re better off using items like Leftovers, which will ALWAYS replenish your HP, or Choice Band, which will ALWAYS boost your attack. The only time you should consider chance items is when the rules say you can’t use more than one of the same item. This happens in the Battle Frontier and Nintendo Tournaments.

Guess what this Manectric can do to Ground Pokemon? Absolutely NOTHING. You’re going to get screwed if you use this set. So take off Charge, which is a useless move to begin with. Okay, so Charge doubles your Electric move during your next turn. But what if you used an Electric move for two turns instead of using Charge on the first turn and Electric move on the second? You be doing the same amount of damage anyways! See how pointless Charge is? Okay, now that we’ve got that over with, let’s move on. Substitute gives you a free turn to attack if your Sub survives the enemy hit. It’s also used to activate Petaya Berry when you’re below 25% health. When that happens, Manectric’s Sp. Attack soars to over 400! Not even Grounds types will like it if you Crunch them with that much power.

[email protected]Petaya Berry/Salac Berry
Surf/Hydro Pump
Blizzard/Ice Beam
Crunch
Endure

Like Ice Demon said, Sharpedo is one bad Water type. There are so many better choices out there. If you do keep Sharpedo (which you shouldn’t), use the moves above. I put Surf and Hydro Pump, and Blizzard and Ice Beam to let you choose. Do you want power or do you want accuracy? Either way, those will be your two main moves. Crunch for a powerful STABed attack or Earthquake to take care of Electrics. Endure is similar to what Manectric does with Substitute – to activate the Berry you have attached.

[email protected]Choice Band
rockslide
earthquake
Fire Blast/Overheat
Explosion

Your first two moves are great. Your last two not so much. I guess I should explain why Eruption is bad: you need to be at full health for it to be at max power. But Camerupt is so slow that the enemy is sure to go first. Once Camerupt gets hit, Eruption won’t be as powerful anymore. So stick with some more reliable Fire attacks – Fire Blast for consistent damage or even Overheat since Camerupt isn’t going to be using a Fire move too often as Earthquake will be its main move. Amnesia is a waste of time. Since you’re so slow, Water Pokemon will KO you before you can Amnesia. Lets not forget that you also have weakness to Ground, which Amnesia can’t protect you from. Go with Explosion. Not only is it powerful, but the sight of an exploding camel is just too hilarious! XD

[email protected]Leftovers
leafblade
Thunderpunch
Substitute
Leech Seed/Focus Punch

Sceptile is so cool, but you’re ruining it with your moves. Leaf Blade is the only good move there. Thunderpunch is for taking on Pokemon like Skarmory or Gyarados, who will give Sceptile major trouble. Substitute is great because you can combine it with its last move. Leech Seed lets it annoy its opponents while healing its HP, but you’ll have to breed it first. If you can’t, use Focus Punch to beat up Pokemon like Blissey and Snorlax who easily absorb your other two attacks.

[email protected]
meteormash
phychic/Explosion
agility
earthquake

Hey, this set actually works. You may want to consider Explosion over Psychic though. Psychic is not very useful on Metagross. It’s only good for taking down Weezing, not much else.

[email protected]Leftovers
Aerial Ace
Earthquake

dragondance
flamethrower/Rock Slide

OR

[email protected]Leftovers
dragonclaw
flamethrower
Crunch
Hydro Pump

Don’t use Dragon Dance if your only physical attack is Fly (which is a horrible move by the way). I’ve given you two sets here. The first one is Dragon Dance Salamence, it attacks physically. The second one is Special Salamence, who attacks with a bunch of special moves.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about Dark attacks. They are only SE against Ghost and Psychics, and both can be taken care of by other means (i.e. Shadow Ball).

Also, Crawdaunt isn’t that great of a Water Pokemon either. If you only have access to Emerald, good water Pokemon are Swampert (if you can get it), Milotic (hard to find, hard to evolve, but awesome awesome awesome!), Ludicolo (although you already have a Grass type), and Starmie (fast and can learn a variety of attacks). If you have access to Fire Red/Leaf Green, you can get Vaporeon, Blastoise, Slowbro, Cloyster, and Lapras.

EDIT: Oh yeah, Crunch is a bred on move.

The easiest way is to breed a MALE Seviper and a female Electrike. Seviper learns Crunch at Lv28.

I didn’t list Gyarados because it’s a very good physical attacker, but not a good special attacker like all the others I mentioned. But yeah, Gyarados is a great Pokemon as a physical attacker. The only problem is that it has no STAB Flying move. Hidden Power Flying is as good as it gets and that’s nearly impossible to get in-game. Too bad it can’t learn Aerial Ace.
