Uber team eh? Good luck with that, especially with some of the Pokemon you chose here.
Synchronize suggested some standard movesets, but even those won’t help you too much against powerhouses like Kyogre, Groudon, Mewtwo, etc. You need specific Pokemon to counter them, based on the Pokemon’s traits and typing.
Now let’s look at specific Pokemon that can counter each of the ubers:
Kyogre - Lanturn with Volt Absorb and Quagsire with Water Absorb. Both are resistant to Kyogre’s strongest attacks – Surf/Hydro Pump and Thunder. Lanturn also resists Ice Beam, but it cannot be found in FRLG, so you’ll need a Quagsire with plenty of special defense. NONE of the Pokemon on your team can take on Kyogre as of now. With Hydro Pump, it kills Snorlax in 2 hits even if Snorlax has max HP and Special Defense. Electabuzz can’t finish Kyogre even with Thunder because Kyogre’s special defense is so high. Your other choice besides Quagsire is Blissey, who can defend against other special attackers, but even Blissey can’t do much to Kyogre if it starts using Calm Mind.
Groudon - Exeggutor is the only FRLG Pokemon that can truly counter Groudon. Other Grass Pokemon with Chlorophyll, like Victreebel and Tangela, can as well but they aren’t as good as Eggy. And besides, you already have an Eggy on your team. With one Solarbeam, Groudon is gone.
Rayquaza – Any Pokemon with good defenses, high special attack, and Ice Beam. The nice thing is that you already have Lapras, which fits in all of these categories. Lapras kills Rayquaza with once Ice Beam and also gives other ubers trouble, like Groudon or Latios/Latias.
Mewtwo – This guy is really tough to counter. It learns fighting attacks as well as special moves, so Snorlax and Blissey will be in trouble if that happens. They’re still a good bet if your friend uses only a special-attacking Mewtwo, but again, they won’t be able to stand up to a couple of Calm Minded Psychic blasts, Try to paralyze it, then finish it off with strong physical moves.
Mew – Mew has the lowest stats of all the ubers, but learns the most moves so it’s entirely unpredictable. Will it attack physically, specially, both, or will it try to support its teammates with moves like Thunder Wave or Reflect? Find out its moveset as quickly as possible and get a good Pokemon to counter it.
Latios/Latias – These two are at their worst with Soul Dew, but it’s very hard to get it without cheating, so hopefully they won’t have that item. If they don’t, Lapras can handle them and Snorlax can hit them with Body Slam (and hopefully paralyze). Watch out for their Calm Mind and Recover. They’re much tougher to take down than Rayquaza.
Ho-oh – You’ll have a heck of a time defeating Ho-Oh if your friend has both this AND Groudon, since Ho-oh is best in the sun. Make sure to save your Aerodactyl in case this bird appears. One Rock Slide will KO it. But watch out that it’s Sacred Fire doesn’t burn you.
Lugia – Lugia isn’t that strong, but it is TOUGH. With huge defenses and Recover, it’ll be very tough to take down. You can try to stall it with Snorlax, but sooner or later Snorlax’s PP will run out due to Lugia’s Pressure trait. Exeggutor can Sleep Powder it, but make sure the weather is Sunny or else Lugia will be faster and kill you with an Aeroblast. Good luck defeating it if it pops up.
Deoxys – Depends on what game your friend is playing. Normal and Attack Deoxys can ruin your team if they’re played right. However, their low defenses mean a first strike move like Quick Attack, Fake Out, or Extremespeed can KO them (maybe). Or you can hope that Aerodactyl is fast enough to outrun them (not likely but it may be worth a shot).
Defense Deoxys is a different story. It’s easier to handle than Lugia, since its attacks aren’t as strong, but it’s still tough to defeat. One thing you can do is get an Alakazam with Choice Band and Trick it onto Deoxys, making it only be able to use one move at a time.
I wish you good luck in your battle. Tell us how it goes! :)
