your rate shows understanding for what pokemon can do as individuals, but not for the whole team.

Heal Bell is not for Celebi, as I KNOW it can switch out. It's for the rest of the team.

Snorlax doesn't need Return AND Body slam, so Curse stays. Steel Wing has no use on Skarm, as Steel is a crappy offensive move.

Go with giga drain since fire punch is close to ice punch.
Good morning common starters. I'm undecided on the second slot.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 240 HP / 132 Def / 136 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Leech Seed
- Psychic

I like psychic and recover....maybe get rid of heal bell and leech seed, replace it with a 2nd powerful move like solarbeam.
Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 64 Atk / 192 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes
drill peck and rest is good but not spikes or roar, check if u can replace them with both an offenseve and a deffensive move...that way it will be powerful.
Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 172 HP / 40 Atk / 124 Def / 172 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Body Slam

body slam, earthquake and rest r good but replace curse with a defenssive move.

Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Ice Beam / Thunderbolt
- Rapid Spin

i like all 3 and ya go with thunderbolt because you can easily defeat a pokemon thats starmie's type
I'm leaning towards Thunderbolt this time.

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 16 Atk / 212 Def / 40 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)

- Ice Beam
- Protect
i like all of them but maybe get rid of counter
Lol, It just laughed at Bellyzard.
Overall, a pretty good team ^^

lol, a powerful Skarmory.Skarmory is a Defenisve Wall, therefore doesn't need to worry about power. Solarbeam shouldn't be used at all on Celebi, nor without Sunny Day.
And yea, Curse IS a defensive move.

I’m sorry that you’re getting subpar rates, Synch :(

Barboach and Ryan, this team is for Netbattle and you can’t properly rate a team if you do not have a good understanding of the current competitive metagame.

I’ll try my hand:

I’d go Giga Drain since Swampert takes care of Gross and enemy Swampert may annoy you. Celebi can usually handle it, but what if it’s one of those with surprise HP Bug? Lol, better safe than sorry.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 240 HP / 132 Def / 136 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Leech Seed
- Psychic
- Recover

Standard cleric Celebi.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 64 Atk / 192 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes

Standard.

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 172 HP / 40 Atk / 124 Def / 172 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Body Slam
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Rest

I don’t know about you, but I’m content with 300-310 Sp. Def on my Snorlaxes (that’s 68 to 104 EVs). I’d more into Attack because often times Snorlax isn’t given a chance to Curse and must finish off, like, a Fighting type that it has just paralyzed.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 160 HP / 108 Spd / 240 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Ice Beam / Thunderbolt
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Surf
Maybe a smidgen more Speed. 330 to beat Jolly Salamences+other base 100s or 332 for Tyranitar after one DD. You can even do 302 speed to simply beat Adamant base 100s and make Starmie more defensive. I’m not sure if you have a bigger Water or Dragon weakness. I might go with Tbolt too for Gyarados.

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 16 Atk / 212 Def / 40 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Counter
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Protect

I haven’t seen a Bellyzard in standard for a really long time, but maybe that’s just me. Anyways, this is an interesting Swampert set and it certainly can work.

When I commented on Swampert, I was laughing that Charizard only did like 64% after a Belly Drummed HP flying.

Giga Drain. I've played around with Fire Punch, doesn't do enough to anything that you want to keep Gengar in against anyway.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 240 HP / 132 Def / 136 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Leech Seed
- Psychic
- Recover

You do know that Psychic won't OHKO Hera with no EVs in SAtk, yes? That's at least been my experience. In that sense, I don't see the need for all the speed, unless there's another reason for it that i'm unable to see at the moment. Also, SAtks are becoming a lot more common in the metagame, you might want to get some more SDef coverage for yourself, especially considering this Celebi in essence is purely defensive.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 64 Atk / 192 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes

Hi Skarm.

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 172 HP / 40 Atk / 124 Def / 172 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Body Slam
- Curse
- Earthquake

Hi Lax.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 160 HP / 108 Spd / 240 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Ice Beam / Thunderbolt
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Surf

TEEBOLT!

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 16 Atk / 212 Def / 40 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Counter
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Protect

Standard CounterPert.

Lol, It just laughed at Bellyzard.
It's gonna have some problems with Zapdos if it can catch your Pert with HP Grass on a switch. (Then again, that means Celebi walls Dos).

I knew that about Celebi as of 2 nights ago, and the spread looks more like:

236 HP / 116 Def / 116 Spd / 44 SAtk

now.

Good morning common starters. I'm undecided on the second slot.

Starterlax does exist, which means you could possibly get some usage out of Focus Punch over Explosion, as I can't see you wanting to blow this up at all. Even if it will die anyway, it can still probably deal some final damage with one of the special moves. GD>FP, yeah.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 240 HP / 132 Def / 136 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Leech Seed
- Psychic
- Recover

Replace the speed with spdef, it won't really help you.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 64 Atk / 192 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Roar
- Spikes

4-8 into speed to outspeed other skarmory, which I know firsthand can help a lot.

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 172 HP / 40 Atk / 124 Def / 172 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Body Slam
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Rest

You might as well put the Atk ev's into spdef imo, the 40 EVs aren't going to help you much if you start off attacking and not cursing, and when you do use Curse, 40 EVs aren't going to matter at all.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 160 HP / 108 Spd / 240 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Ice Beam / Thunderbolt
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Surf

I'm leaning towards Thunderbolt this time.

Swampert can take care of Salamence, so thunderbolt can work.

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 16 Atk / 212 Def / 40 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Counter
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Protect

Lol, It just laughed at Bellyzard.

You mean 236 HP EVs right? I believe that's 401. I've never used this kind of Swampert (you might have invented it for all I know) before, but 212 Def EVs seems to be kind of a lot. Maybe invest some towards 225 special attack so you can get that OHKO on Salamence.

I beg to differ. Hera outruns Celebi otherwise.

Those swampert EVs are standard for Counter, otherwise it will die after heave physical hits. Salamence doesn't stay in against Swampy anyway.

btw 240 = 401

Dude, I am sure 70% of the people that post usually lie about their movesets.

Pretty good. I like how they have a wide variety of attacks. Except you may want to think about getting PP UPs for the strong, but low PP attacks. ;)

This is NB he wasn't talking about lying about his sets.

Yuo can apply PP ups in NB ffs. It's a common rule.
